Abstract

Covid-19 is a global disaster that affects various aspects, one of which has an impact on the economy. One of the indicators of economic stability is the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI). During the Covid-19 pandemic, the JCI fluctuated because many investors withdrew their money and switched to safe heaven investment. One example of safe heaven investment is gold, so in this study, the prediktort variables used were the price of gold, the rupiah exchange rate, the number of Covid-19 patients, and the status of the PSBB. The PSBB status used is the implementation of PSBB in DKI Jakarta using three periods, namely, pre-PSBB, PSBB, and post-PSBB (new normal era). Based on the results of the analysis, the variables that significantly influence the fluctuation of the JCI are all prediktort variables with a R2 value of 71.1%. So it can be concluded that the model formed is suitable for predicting the JCI value, as well as the selected prediktort variables, can explain the variation of the JCI by 71.1%. From this significant variable, it can also be used as an alternative in investment during a pandemic like now.

Abstract

 Kelompok Batik Sariwarni merupakan salah satu kelompok batik yang ada di Kabupaten Madiun, tepatnya berada di Desa Balerejo Kecamatan Kebonsari. Kelompok Batik Sariwarni yang berdiri sejak tahun 2013 ini diketuai oleh Siti Suwarni serta beranggotakan 9 ibu rumah tangga. Kelompok ini memproduksi 4 jenis batik yaitu tulis, cap, eco print, serta batik dengan pewarna alam. Batik tulis corak porang manto adalah yang paling laris. Kelompok batik sariwarni meproduksi batik untuk stok serta customize sesuai dengan keinginan pelanggan. Pemesanan produk custom oleh dinas atau pemerintahan lebih mendominasi penjualan jika dibandingkan dengan pembelian secara individu. Dengan cara custom ini pelanggan dapat memilih corak ataupun warna sesuai keinginan. Setelah dilakukan observasi dan wawancara kepada Kelompok Batik Sariwarni, didapatkan informasi tentang beberapa permasalahan yang ada yaitu pemasaran yang kurang optimal, kreativitas anggota kelompok yang masih perlu ditingkatkan, serta belum tersedianya Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL).  Dari permasalahan yang diungkapkan oleh mitra, dipilih permasalahan yang akan diselesaikan terlebih dahulu sesuai dengan disiplin ilmu yang dipunyai yaitu pemasaran Jika dilihat dari cara dan strategi pemasaran saat ini, masih ada beberapa hal yang dapat dibenahi seperti penambahan media pemasaran online, spesifikasi market place, hingga memperkuat branding. Telah dilakukan 2 pelatihan yaitu pelitahan Penguatan Brand dan Pemasaran serta Pelatihan Digital Marketing. Program pelatihan penguatan brand dan pemasaran serta digital marketing berjalan dengan lancar. Pelatihan Penguatan Brand dan Pemasaran dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan sebesar 20,37% dan pelatihan digital marketing dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan sebesar 10,91%.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Charu Dhatri explained that there were difficulties in formulating the Cost of Production (HPP) because there were on-off workers who depended on the volume of orders. The number of workers is determined by fluctuations in orders. Therefore, workers’ wages are difficult to include in the calculation of HPP. In response, community service activities were carried out to overcome it. The solution offered to solve the partner’s problems was by providing training and assistance in calculating the cost of production (HPP). The results show that MSME production activities can run smoothly according to the plan, while partners actively participate in activities, and there is an increase in knowledge of 26.19% after training and mentoring. After that, the partner’s satisfaction through the programs and activities reached a very good level. The next hope is that Charu Dhatri’s MSME business activities will run well, healthy, and sustainably.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program provides opportunities for students to develop their abilities. One of the MBKM program is Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM). This program provides option for students to attend lectures at other universitie, so the student can get experience regarding new experience. However, in other hand this program causes mental burden for students who join it. This is because the credits become greater. This study evaluates how the mental workload felt by students using DRAWS method. The results of this study, the most dominant indicator in PMM at PTN is Central Demand and in PTS is Time Pressure. Students who fall into overload category are 60% for PMM in PTN and 59% in PTS. Based on the results, the recommendations that can be given are improving time management for students and review how the policies about PMM so the students are not burden of credits.

Abstract

SD Al Husna merupakan salah satu SD Islamiyah swasta di Madiun. SD Al Husna mempunyai 36 guru dan 389 siswa. Selama pandemi covid 19 tahun 2022, SD Al Husna melaksanakan proses pembelajaran secara hybrid. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah Microsoft Power Point. Media pembelajaran interakif Power Point terbukti efektif terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat belajar siswa. Power Point sudah digunakan oleh mayoritas guru di SD Al Husna namun penggunannya masih kurang maksimal. Masih ada guru-guru yang belum dapat menggunakan tools visual dan audio di Power point. Hal ini disebabkan karena masih kurangnya pengetahuan dan pengalaman guru di SD Al Husna dalam menggunakan power point. Sehingga, desain pada power point monoton. Karena adanya kebutuhan mitra akan peningkatan pengetahuan terkait media pembelajaran Power Point maka perlu dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat. Pengolahan data hasil kuisioner posttest, pretest, dan tingkat kepuasan yang digunakan adalah statistika sederhana dengan bantuan Microsoft excel. Dari pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan rencana, mitra berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan, pengetahuan mitra meningkat 51,1% yaitu dari 41,7% (sebelum pelatihan) menjadi 96,8% (setelah pelatihan), dan tingkat kepuasan mitra sangat baik (skor 5)

Abstract

The production line system is an important problem for the majority of manufacturing industries in Indonesia. PT XYZ is manufacturing company focuses on general construction and mining products supplier. Friction Bolt Stabilizer is one PT XYZ’s superior products. The problem in the friction bolt stabilizer production line is unbalanced distribution of work elements. Based on these problems, in this study a solution is provided by comparing the actual production line with the results of line balancing analysis. There are two methods used, namely Ranked Positional Weight and Killbridge Western Heuristic. The result is that the Killbridge western heuristic method produces the best design with a performance level of 91% line efficiency, 9% balance delay, a total of four workstations and a smoothness index value of 401.55 seconds.

Abstract

Batik Murni is one of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Madiun Region that produces batik tulis and batik cap. However, the production of Batik Murni has not applied the exact method in production scheduling. This SMEs still uses intuition to make the production schedule. This condition can give disadventages for the SMEs, overstock and stockout will be happened. In this study, the researcher wants to offer a solution for the scheduling problems so Batik Murni can increase theri productivity performance. Researchers offer three production scheduling methods aimed at minimizing the makespan of Batik Tulis. The three methods used are Palmer, Champbell Dukdek Smith (CDS), and Heuristic Pour Algorithm. From this research, It can be concluded that the best production scheduling optimization at Batik Murni SMEs is obtained from the Palmer method. With makespan of 4837 minutes or 11 working days so the makespan can be minimized 54,2%.  In the order of the production process is batik sejuta bunga – batik batik turi tabur - batik seger arum - batik pecel.
