Abstract

Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model is a learning model that links subject matter with real-life contexts that can provide meaning for students and make students more active, so as to increase student interest in learning. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive research design. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using the stages of data reduction techniques, data display, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that: The steps of the CTL model, namely students construct their own knowledge, inquiry, ask questions, form a learning community, modeling, reflection, and real assessment. The most important goal of the CTL model is that students can find the meaning of the subject matter so that it can be practiced in students' lives and used as a means of worshiping the Almighty. The four indicators of student interest in learning have been fulfilled including: feelings of pleasure, student involvement, and student attention. Supporting factors include: students' interest in learning is high, stable and easy to talk to, friends, students' closeness to teachers. While the inhibiting factors include: lack of support from the family, students come from broken homes and lack of support.

Abstract

The history of Islamic Culture is one of the important lessons to be learned especially for Muslims as an effort to shape the character and personality of the people from the journey of a character or previous generation. In general, in reality the History of Islamic Culture is less desirable. Historical subjects are underestimated or only considered as supplementary lessons both by students and teachers. But there are different things at MTs Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. The MTs makes an innovation, namely the Qur'an-based SKI. The results of this study found that problems: problems with learning resources that are incomplete, lack of understanding of methods, lack of media to meet learning objectives, student problems before and during learning, evaluation values are substandard. Teacher's efforts: learning resources are overcome by the internet as a complementary resource, methods are overcome by other methods prepared by the teacher, media is overcome with other media that are easy to find, students are overcome with some common things, evaluations are overcome with remedial programs.

Abstract

The success of a learning process is determined from the factors of students, teachers, facilities and infrastructure, models and learning methods used. The learning model used is able to increase the level of student understanding, one of which is discovery learning. This model is also applied at MTs Distance Kulon. This research method uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The results of the study stated that the implementation of the Discovery Learning Learning Model were: Planning the Al-Qur'an Hadith learning program, the teacher providing stimulation (stimulus or giving stimulation), the teacher providing problem statements (questions or problem identification) to be solved, the teacher asking students to collect ( data collection) and data processing (data processing), AND the teacher performs verification and assessment of learning outcomes. Students' understanding at MTs Miftahul Ulum Distancekulon on the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith is proven by fulfilling several indicators of understanding, namely the ability of students to interpret, give examples, clarify, guess or draw conclusions, and re-explain the material they have learned.

Abstract

Kemunculan sekolah yang mengintegrasikan beberapa kurikulum adalah dalam rangkah sebuah upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu belajar dan pembelajaran pada siswa. SMA Darul ‘Ulum 1 BPPT Jombang adalah salah satu lembaga yang menerapkan Kurikulum Terintegrasi. Oleh karena itu Penelitian ini berfokus pada dua aspek, yaitu: Penerapan kurikulum Terintegrasi dan mutu belajar siswa di SMA Darul ‘Ulum 1 BPPT Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan study kasus tunggal dengan mengunakan metode penggalian data berupa interview, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kemudian pengecekan keabsaan data menggunakan perpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan. Hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut: 1. Penerapan kurikulum terintegrasi yaitu: a) Model kurikulum terintegrasinya yaitu sistem pendidikan terpadu antara kurikulum nasional dan kurikulum pondok, materi PAI terpadu yaitu perpaduan antara PAI diknas dengan materi pondok, keterpaduan antara kegiatan sekolah dan pondok. b) Perencanaan kurikulum melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, yayasan, komite, tim BPPT. Setelah kurikulum disusun maka tugas guru mapel untuk untuk membuat perencanaa KBM, yaitu membuat silabus, RPP, menyusun strategi pembelajaran dan sebagainya.c)Pelaksanaan kurikulumnya mengacu pada perencanaan yang sudah dibuat yang ada di RPP. Memiliki ciri khas keterpaduan antara pendidikan formal umum dengan pendidikan agama di Pondok Pesantren. d) Evaluasi yang digunakan adalah evaluasi sumatif dan formatif dan jenis evaluasinya yaitu evaluasi tes non tes untuk. 2. Mutu belajar aspek kognitif dilihat dari dilihat dari prestasi-prestasi yang diraih siswa bidang akademis semakin banyak dan juga hasil belajar siswa dari nilai ulangan, UTS, UAS, dan UN yang semakin meningkat, aspek apektif dibuktikan dengan perubahan sikap, moral, minat dan rasa menghargai siswa pada saat di kelas ataupun diluar kelas baik dengan guru maupun dengan siswa yang lainnya aspek psikomotorik dilihat dari kegiatan-kegiatan, hasil keterampilan dan kompetensi yang diraih baik ditingkat kabupaten, provinsi maupun nasional.
