Abstract

Saat ini kajian tentang kesehatan menjadi sesuatu yang sangat diminati, terlebih lagi dengan kondisi dunia yang sedang tak henti-hentinya diserang pandemi, dalam tulisan ini penulis akan menggali tentang pola hidup sehat menurut al-Qur’an dengan berangkat dari ayat-ayat tentang kesehatan. Penulis menggunakan metode Maudhu’i atau yang kita kenal dengan metode tematik, yaitu metode yang ditempuh oleh seorang mufassir dengan cara menghimpun ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang memiliki tujuan dan tema yang sama. Penelitaian ini bersifat kajian pustaka (library research) yang dilakukan dengan cara dokumentasi, yaitu dengan cara mengumpulkan data dengan cara mencari serta menelaah data kualitatif yang sesuai dengan tema dari sumber primer dan sumber sekunder. Data yang digunakan adalah Al-Qur’an sebagai sumber primer dan data-data lain yang ada kaitannya sebagai sumber sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pola hidup sehat yang dipaparkan dalam al-Qur’an dibagi menjadi dua yaitu pola hidup sehat secara jasmani dan pola hidup sehat secara rohani. Hal ini sejalan dengan pola hidup sehat pada umumnya yang telah dijelaskan oleh para ahli kesehatan termasuk WHO, untuk mendapatkan kesehatan yang utuh manusia harus memperhatikan pola hidup sehat, bukan hanya kesehatan jasmani tetapi juga kesehatan rohani yang keduanya memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat dan saling mempengaruhi.

Abstract

This research analyzes the parable of the spider in Surah al-Ankabut verse 41, aiming to uncover its profound meanings, review the perspectives of exegetes across generations, and identify the theological-educational values embedded within it. Employing a library research method and a thematic interpretive approach (tafsir maudū’i), this study comprehensively collects and analyzes all relevant verses related to the spider theme. The findings indicate that the spider's parable, despite positive characteristics like independence and persistence, fundamentally highlights the extreme fragility of its web as a shelter. Interpretations from the Mutaqaddimin period (Ibn Abbas and Ibn Jarir al-Tabari) focused on the weakness of idols as objects of worship. Mutaakhkhirin exegetes (Ibn Kathir and Al-Razi) expanded the meaning of this parable to include the weakness of any reliance on other than Allah, even encompassing syirik khafiy (minor polytheism). Meanwhile, contemporary exegetes (Sayyid Qutb and Wahbah al-Zuhayli) contextualized this parable to human reliance on worldly powers such as government, wealth, and knowledge. Overall, this parable emphasizes the value of monotheism, Allah's authority and omnipotence, and the helplessness and fragility of created beings in the face of divine power. It serves as an eternal guide for humanity to rely solely on Allah.

Abstract

Buya Hamka is a Multi-Talented figure of the archipelago who left many written works, in addition to being a scholar, writer, preacher, and politician. Throughout his life he always fought for an ideology based on tawhid teachings. The name HAMKA is an abbreviation of his name, namely H. Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah, author of the book of tafsir Al-Azhar which is his phenomenal work. The purpose of this study is to find out how Hamka's biography started from childhood to successfully create his phenomenal works, especially the book of tafsir Al-Azhar. The method used in this study is the library research method by collecting various information and data from various relevant sources. So, Buya Hamka is a Nusantara scholar who is known for his works with one of his phenomenal works, namely the book of tafsir Al-Azhar. Buya Hamka has also served as chairman of MUI and is known as a leader of Muhammadiyah.
