Abstract

This study aims to measure the satisfaction level of researcher candidate training participants. it will testwhether the variabels of perceived service quality, expectation, perceived value and LIPI’s image affect the participantssatisfaction. The model analysis refers to ECSI model (European Customer Satisfaction Indeks) adjustedto the approach of partial least squares path modelling. The result shows that there are only two variabels whichaffect significantly to participants satisfaction, namely the perceived service quality and perceived value. Theoverall of participants satisfaction level to the training is at 74.74%, which is considered “satisfied”.
