Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Adiwiyata program at SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. the Adiwiyata program consested of 4 componetn including school efforts to increase student participation by reviewing them through the field of Education Management. This research is a qualitative analysis with a descriptive approach.. The research location is at SMAN 5 Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques appllied triangulation through interviews, observation, and study documentation. The results showed that: (1) environmentally sound implementation has been carried out to supports environmental management and (2) allocation of funds for the Adiwiyata program (3) manage the school environment, the environmentally oriented curriculum is implemented by integrating environmental insight material into subjects, Participatory environmental activities are carried out through a variety of environmental actions both organized from schools and agencies and managing environmentally friendly facilities by utilizing the Green House and Compost House. The school has sought several activities that involve students in the Adiwiyata program, including involving students in environmental actions, and environmental workshops. Constraints faced are lack of cooperation and lack of personnel in maintaining facilities.

Abstract

The SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis is widely known and commonly applied in business strategy. CV Dejeefish was chosen for this SWOT analysis to help develop the company’s business strategy. The objective of this study is to identify the impact of SWOT analysis on business development and to uncover weaknesses, obstacles, and areas for improvement that could enhance the company’s efficiency, quality, and sustainability. The findings indicate that CV Dejeefish is in a relatively strong position, with more strengths than weaknesses and threats. However, CV Dejeefish still needs to implement a combination of SWOT-based business strategies and a SWOT Matrix. Firstly, in the SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy, the company can leverage high-quality broodstock from BBAT to expand its market, adopt the latest technology in aquaculture, and develop value-added products. Secondly, in the WO (Weaknesses-Opportunities) strategy, expanding the use of aquaculture technology and improving responsiveness to climate change and market conditions is strongly recommended. For the ST (Strengths-Threats) strategy, a focus on strict quality control, risk mitigation, and maintaining adequate capital reserves is necessary to address potential threats. Lastly, the WT (Weaknesses-Threats) strategy should involve implementing effective monitoring systems, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and conducting regular evaluations.

Abstract

Pengendalian kualitas merupakan faktor krusial dalam sektor industri, khususnya dalam industri pengolahan pangan. PD. Anugrah Bakso Ikan Tuna merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi bakso berbahan dasar ikan tuna. Dalam proses produksinya, ditemukan beberapa jenis kecacatan produk seperti ukuran yang tidak sesuai, isi yang kurang, cacat warna, cacat tekstur, dan kemasan bocor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis kecacatan yang paling dominan sehingga dapat dirumuskan solusi perbaikan yang tepat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Tools Flowchart, Check Sheet, Histogram, Pareto Diagram, dan Fishbone Diagram. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kecacatan terbesar terjadi pada ukuran produk yang tidak sesuai, dengan persentase sebesar 22,51%, Analisis menggunakan Fishbone Diagram menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama penyebab kecacatan berasal dari faktor manusia, seperti tingkat kelalaian, kurang fokus, dan kelelahan saat bekerja. Untuk mengurangi tingkat kecacatan produk, perlu dilakukan perbaikan manajemen tenaga kerja, antara lain dengan mengatur waktu istirahat yang cukup serta menerapkan sistem kerja yang dapat meminimalisir kelelahan.
