Abstract

This paper starts with the explanation of e-Commerce, e-Business, types of business, and taxonomy of business models. This paper also explains why starting web-based business from scratch is easier than to transform brick and mortal business to web-based/internet business. Then step-by-step creating web-based business will be explained.

Abstract

Many businesses do not perform optimally because of the leveraging factors. This article explains the term leveraging, its factors, how it works, and also how the factors can influence the business. Starting with the concept of leverage then how its works followed by the importance of control activities in good corporate governance in order to put leveraging into maximum performance.

Abstract

Article explain the common needs of information system in certain life insurance companies, then derive to propose the Strategic Planning on the Information System. At the beginning, this paper gives overview on what and how information and its planning in general, then  explain the process how to build a strategic  planning of information system  and last propose the strategic planning itself.

Abstract

Information and technology nowadays develop rapidly in every sector, including in education. Saome problem occurs in studying process, so that needed a system which is able to produce an E-Learning aplication that can be used to support the studying process at SMAK Kalam Kudus II. This observation try to analyze and design an E-Learning aplication at SMAK Kalam Kudus II. The final result is an E-Learning aplication that can be used to support the studying process at SMAK Kalam Kudus II between teachers ad students and also a facility such as lesson’s schedule, test’ schedule, download lessons and tasks, score and a media like forum that can link between parents and teachers.
