Abstract

This study aims to measure the effects of knowledge sharing behavior and the level of informa- tion technology innovation on  employee  performance  on electronic manufacturing company located in Bata- mindo Industrial Park. In this article, the authors use research design methods that are associative through survey by distributing questionnaires to the respondents at random. Then, a mathematical model is established through multivariate regression where  the  interaction  of the  independent  variables  and  dependent  variable  is established. As the results, the study concludes that knowledge sharing behavior partially has no significant effects on employee performance but has significant effect on the level of information technology innovation to performance and simultaneously both variables have a significance effect to employee  performance.

Abstract

Use of the Internet at schools grows advanced. Therefore, teachers need to learn the use of technology in creating good teaching materials (learning objects) such as animation-based materials. Those materials will result will in a component in a learning system that allows students to interactively learn and evaluate themselves against the subject mastery. A tool for creating such an animated material like Powerpoint produces presentations enhanced with audio and video that allows students to comprehend the lessons more easily. The model system uses interactive multimedia system design and development with the following phases: (1) system requirements, (2) design considerations, (3) implementation, (4) evaluation. While user interface design principles uses eight golden rules of interface design. As a test case, selected Biology at Yaspia junior high school and Bina Management vocational school. From the results it can be concluded that this application module can support students in obtaining the required data completeness. The tutorials are quite sufficient to facilitate students in understanding the material.

Abstract

Development of knowledge Repository Management System for Agricultural Extension aims to help the extension worker function for at least in three things: technology transfer, facilitation and advisory to farmers as the main actors of agribusiness. To support these functions, the extension workers need to master as well as utilize information and communication technology. A help Desk of Agricultural Extension System is developed using PC with PHP programming language. Data management in the Database of Agricultural Extension Knowledge Repository is managed by using MySQL. The web-based application will enable users to access data, information and agricultural extension knowledge based on needs. Help Desk of Agricultural Extension System is a knowledge repository that can be used to help the agricultural extension in disseminating agricultural technology packages from the on-farm upstream to the downstream sub-system, and can be used as a medium of communication forums about problems of actual agricultural practices.

Abstract

Concerning the several pest attacks in Karawang, Cirebon, and Cianjur districts a mobile computing-based information system is built to accelerate the data flow and early warning information to the person in charge at Ministry of Agriculture. Based on interviews and surveys to the locations planted with rice, corn and soybeans some data of the breadth and intensity of pest attack is obtained, used as the basis design for the early warning data structure. The information systems development method refers to the systems development life cycle (SDLC): identification of needs data and information, analysis and system design, testing, implementation and evaluation system. The result is a mobile computing-based information system of pest control and crop disease early warning that can accelerate data and information transmission that the stakeholders in the Ministry of Agriculture can make decisions quickly and correctly.
