Abstract

Urban Village is one of the Regency / City is one of its functions to provide services to the community. This understanding is intended to see the implementation of community service by the government and the village of Tanjung Johor and Sungai Putri in the city of Jambi. Services provided include administrative services manufacture Identity Card, Certificate of Good Behavior, Land Letter, Certificate of Business and others. Services provided as is caused by a lack of public awareness to meet the administrative requirements necessary to menertbitkan certificate is required, the presence of foreign service officers, thus hampering the implementation of effective public services and efficient, so as to overcome done by providing legal counseling to community to increase public awareness and to delegate authority from the foreign service officials to be certain officials, so that the process of providing public services is not hampered Key Note : Implementation of the Public Service

Abstract

Kurniawan Universitas Pesantren Tinggi Darul Ulum Jombang awankurniawan@yahoo.com  Abstrak Camelia adalah lagu yang ditulis oleh Ebiet G Ade. Lagu ini sangat populer di tahun 1990an. Banyak orang menikmati lagu ini dari radio. Liriknya sangat indah dan memiliki ekspresi cinta yang sangat indah. Dalam menganalisis Lagu Ebiet G Ade yang berjudul Camelia ditemukan referensi termasuk referensi pesona, demonstratif komparatif, elipsis, substitusi dan konjungsi,. Sementara itu berdasarkan pada aspek leksikal ditemukan kolokasi pengulangan, sinonim, dan hiponim. Kata kunci: referensi demonstratif dan komparatif, tekstual konteks  Abstract Camelia is a song composed by Ebiet G Ade. This song was very popular in 1990s. Many people enjoyed this song from radio. The lyrics are very beautiful and extremely full of lovely love expression. It is found out that Ebiet G Ade’s Song, entitled Camelia, contains a reference including enchantment reference demonstrative, comparative, ellipsis, substitution, and conjunctions. While based on the lexical aspect, repetition of collocation, synonym, and hyponym are found. key words: demonstrative and comparative reference,textual context

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of shift work and motivation work on performance employees at PT. KAI (Persero) UPT. Stasiun Tigagajah. The data collection technique used in this writing is through the distribution of questionnaires. The total population in this study was 33 people. The analytical method used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is concluded that either partially or simultaneously shifts work and motivation work to performance employees at PT. KAI (Persero) UPT. Stasiun Tigagajah. The coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.591. This means that the contribution of the variable effect of reward, punishment, and teamwork on employee performance is 59.1 % while the remaining 4 0.9 % is influenced by other variables not examined in this research, namely responsibility, work discipline and incentives. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of job characteristics and interpersonal communication on employee job satisfaction in Class 1 Navigation District Palembang. The research methodology used in this study is associative quantitative method. The population of the study consists of 126 employees from Class 1 Navigation District Palembang. The sample was taken using a non-probability sampling technique (exhaustive sampling), with the entire population being included as the sample. Data analysis was conducted using simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, as well as t-test and F-test. The results of the study indicate that job characteristics have a significant partial influence on job satisfaction in Class 1 Navigation District Palembang, as supported by hypothesis one (H1). Additionally, interpersonal communication also has a significant partial influence on employee job satisfaction in Class 1 Navigation District Palembang, in line with hypothesis two (H2). Furthermore, the results show that jointly, job characteristics and interpersonal communication have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction in Class 1 Navigation District Palembang, in accordance with hypothesis three (H3).
