<![CDATA[Penelitian àini àbertujuan àuntuk àmengetahui àada àtidaknya àhubungan àpemanfaatan àperpustakaan àsekolahàdengan prestasi belajar siswa dalam Standar Kompetensi Pemeriksaan Sistem kemudi Kelas II Jurusan Otomotif diàSMK àMuhammadiyah à1 àSukoharjo. àPenelitian àini àadalah àpenelitian àkorelasi, àuntuk àmengetahui àada àtidaknyaàhubungan intensitas pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah dengan prestasi belajar siswa dalam Standar KompetensiàPemeriksaan Sistem Kemudi. Populasi dalam penelitian àini adalah seluruh siswa kelas II SMK àMuhammadiyah 1àSukoharjo tahun pelajaran 2009/2010 yang berjumlah 192 siswa. Pada penelitian ini, penulis memilih secara acakàtiga kelas sebagai kelas eksperimen. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan instrumen berupa angket untuk mengetahuiàpendapat àsiswa àtentang àhubungan àpemanfaatan àperpustakaan àsekolah àdengan àprestasi àbelajar àsiswa àdalamàKompetensi àPemeriksaan àSistem àKemudi. àAnalisis àdata àmenggunakan àteknik àanalisis àkorelasi àproduct àmoment, àdanàpengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan ada hubungan positif anââ¬Âtara pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah dengan prestasi belajar siswa dalam standar kompetensi pemeriksaan sisââ¬Âtem kemudi kelas II Jurusan otomotif di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo.Kata kunci: hubungan, pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah, prestasi belajar siswaàThis research is aimed to identify whether or not there is relation between school library utilization andàstudentsââ¬â¢study àachievements àin àSteering àInspection àCompetence àStandard àin àthe àsecond àgrade àof àAutomotiveàProgram at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo. The research type is the correlation one to identify whether or not theàrelation àbetween àthe àintensity àof àschool àlibrary àutilization àand àstudentsââ¬â¢ àstudy àachievements àin àSteering àSystemàInspection Competence Standard. The population of the research was all second graders at SMK Muhammadiyah 1àSukoharjo year 2009/2010 consisting of 192 students. In this research, the writer chose three classes àrandomly asàexperiment classes. The data of research was gained using questionnaire àto àfind out àstudentsââ¬â¢ opinions about àtheàrelation àbetween àschool àlibrary àutilization àand àstudentsââ¬â¢ àstudy àachievements àin àSteering àSystem àInspectionàCompetence. Data was analyzed using random sampling technique.
