Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of housing development policy for low income communities in Kelurahan Dusun Besar, Singaranpati Subdistrict, Bengkulu City. This study uses a qualitative desciptive method and the data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and documentation method. The results shows that the implementation of Rusunawa (simple rented flats) policy development in Kelurahan Dusun Besar has not been appropriate with expectation. The physical condition of Rusunawa is not habitable, because the construction of Rusunawa has not finished or neglected until now. From the 96 residence in total, only 23 units were inhabited. The Rusunawa management also did not collect the rent, due the condition of facilities in Rusunawa was not adequate such as unavailable water supply. Besides, the Rusunawa management recognized that there was no authority resignation directly from the government of Bengkulu City to the management, so that the managers did not know exactly when these flats will be resolved or the rent expense will be charged. Moreover, there was no program to improve the economy of low-income communities, so the empowerment of low- income communities living in Rusunawa was impossible. Keywords: Implementation of Policy, Housing Policy, Socio-Economics, Low-Income Communities

Abstract

The JKN Mobile application has purposed to facilitate BPJS Health participants in employing JKN-KIS services without the need to come directly to the BPJS office. The aim of this research is to determine how JKN Mobile is employed by senior citizens at Bengkulu City's Harapan and Doa Hospitals, as well as to outline the services provided to JKN Mobile senior citizens at RSHD Bengkulu City.The research method employed in this study is the qualitative research method. Data collections were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informant selection technique using accidental sampling.  The stages of data analysis used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate the application of JKN Mobile for older people users at Harapan and Doa Hospital, Bengkulu City, found problems with older people users who claimed to be quite difficult in using the JKN Mobile application to get services at the hospital such as not having a smartphone that supports it, not understanding how to use the JKN Mobile application, to difficulties due to not having a family companion as a source of information supporting the older people.

Abstract

Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) adalah program pemerintah yang pada dasarnya digunakan untuk penyediaan pendanaan biaya operasi non porsanalia bagi satuan pendidikan dasar sebagai pelaksana wajib belajar 9 tahun. Skripsi ini berjudul analisis pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Negeri 11 Kota Bengkulu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jalannya pengelolaan dana BOS dalam mencapai hasil yang dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran yang jelas terhadap masalah penelitian. Aspek berpedoman pada teori Goerge dan Leslie yaitu pengelolaan dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan dana BOS pihak sekolah telah melaksanakan rapat dengan melibatkan kepala sekolah, bendahara, guru-guru dan karyawan, serta komite dan orang tua siswa, pelaksananaan dalam pengelolaan dana BOS sudah sesuai dengan apa yang ada di rapat perencanaan, dalam pengawasan BOS juga telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan komponen penggunaan dana BOS yang ada pada rencana anggaran sekolah, evaluasi dana BOS dilakukan secara rutin serta evaluasi dilaksanakan melalui rapat bulanan yang diselenggarakan oleh sekolah.

Abstract

This community service activity begins by identifying problems in the community, especially the Cahaya Negeri village apparatus who have not been skilled in guiding events. Furthermore, in the implementation activities, good public speaking will be provided, in this activity, feedback activities will be given in the form of evaluation. The final step of the activity will be an evaluation and improvement of the results obtained during the activity. With good communication skills, village officials can convey information effectively, solve problems better, and provide more satisfactory services to the community.
