Abstract

Speaking of leadership, particularly concerning Islamic leadership is an issue that is very interesting to study. Because from a good leadership system, there will be a good order of society as well.In Indonesia the majority of the population is Muslim, but admitted or not, from the beginning until now the implementation of democracy that is also part of the teachings of Islam, has still been quite alarming. This can be seen from the inequality of the social position of women. Since 14 centuries ago, the Qur'an has abolished a wide range of discrimination between men and women, the Qur'an gives rights to women as well as the rights granted to men. In this case is the issue of Islamic leadership in which Islam has given rights to women as that given to men. In addition, Islam has also impose obligations to women as that imposed to men, except the rights or obligations devoted by Islam to men.

Abstract

This study to describe woman with hingher education in review of law and reality in Tuban East Jawa. In this modern era, women with higher education still experience gender discrimination against their nature and it is not uncommon to find gender stereotypes about the unimportance of hingher education for a woman by community. This study is qualitative research with a descriptive method. This type of research is included in a case study. In collecting data, using the interview, observation and documentation methods. The research subjects consisted of woman with higher education and careers, housewives with higher education, husbends, childern of spouses with highly educated perents, and female students who were pursuing higher education at Tuban. The resulth show that education in Islamic law is is obligatory for every Muslim, including woman. Modern-day woman with higher education for woman are an important need, with the hope that their knowladge and knoeledge are as a provision for woman to become mother as good educators for their children, besides that woman can show their existence as qualified servants of God in front of humans, especially before Allah SWT. The reality is that woman with higher education still have a lot of gender discrimination and gender stereotypes in society. Women are still seen as household managers, so that education for them is secondary and even neglected.

Abstract

Child marriage is a marriage carried out by someone who has not yet entered a mature or mature age in thinking, emotionally, biologically and psychologically. The age of marriage is explained in law No. 16 of 2019 on amendments to law No. 1 article 7 of 1974, namely marriage is only permitted if a man and a woman reach the age of 19 (nineteen) years. Child marriage in Tuban district has been a trend for the past 3 years and continues to increase due to the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic which has paralyzed several sectors of life. The economic sector is the biggest factor because of the impact of the Covid pandemic, many parents have been laid off and have dropped out of work. By marrying off the child, the responsibility of the parents will be reduced. This is the reason why child marriage is increasing day by day. Law No. 16 of 2019 is a breath of fresh air for life, because the age law has a very large effect on children's rights to life so that they grow and develop according to their age, prevent domestic violence, prevent dropping out of school and also improve maternal and child health. child. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with interview methods of various groups of people based on what is happening in the community with the aim of knowing the reasons for early marriages in Tuban Regency. The results showed that the reasons for early marriage in Tuban district were 1) economic factors 2) educational factors 3) customs factors 4) promiscuity factors

Abstract

This research aims to describe implementation of scientific learning through storytelling methods, methods/techniques of storytelling for cognitive development, supporting and inhibiting factors of implementing Scientific learning with the storytelling method. The method used in this research through interviews and observation and documentation. The results showed 1) The scientific approach in group A of RA Mambaul Ulum was good and was carried out in accordance with procedures and involved all five senses such as observing, asking questions, gathering information, processing information and communicating 2) The method used by teachers of group A of RA Mambaul Ulum by giving stories in accordance with the theme and always using the media and using interesting ways so that children are able to focus their attention on the teacher's story 3) Supporting factors were the program of the headmaster of RA related to increasing teacher capacity in storytelling which was routinely carried out by IGRA at the Sub-district. The inhibiting factors consisted of not all parents of students were able to do follow Up and became an example in supporting the cognitive development of children at home
