Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is the attitude or behavior of anemployee who knowingly and voluntarily for extra work beyond the job description has. Thereare three aspects relating to the creation of OCB that is moral, commitment, and motivationof employees. The results of previous studies stating that the OCB will inevitably impact thequality of service therefore OCB can be used as one method of approach in human resourcemanagement to improve employee performance. This method can be applied to measure theperformances of lecturers at the university. The university leaders must be able to create asystem in order to create a positive OCB for academicians who are thus able to provide themaximum benefit for the existing academic community.Key wods: Organizational citizenship behavior, moral, comitment,motivation.

Abstract

This research to know examine of role conflict, emotional exhaustion andperformance of Univesitas Majalengka lecturer. To know the influence of role conflict andemotional exhaustion on the performance of Universitas Majalengka lecturer.The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis techniques andverification. Samples at this research that proportional random sampling. Data collectingtechniques that is with questionnaire. Testing of instrument of data is done with validitytest and reliability test, while data analysis applied is correlation, determination,regression and hypothesis test.Based on result of research for role conflict and emotional exhaustion ofUniversitas Majalengka lecturer is included in low category, and for the performance oflecturer is included in high category. Relation between role conflict with not concurrentperformance of lecturer (negatif valuable) that coleration is including medium category.Relation between emotional echaustion with not concurrent performance of lecturer(negatif valuable) that coleration is including low category. Relation together between roleconflict and emotional exhaustion with not concurrent performance of lecturer (negatifvaluable) that coleration is including medium category.Keyword: role conflict, emotional exhaustion and performance of lecturer

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are very important for the Indonesian economy, creating jobs and supporting during the economic crisis. The contribution of MSMEs will reach 61.09% of GDP in 2022 and absorb a lot of workers. In Majalengka Regency, MSMEs are very important during the COVID-19 pandemic even though economic growth has not been achieved due to lack of knowledge and poor management. Therefore, this research aims to find out how the level of education, accounting knowledge and use of accounting information partially influence the performance of MSMEs in Majalengka sub-district. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method with a descriptive and verification analysis approach. The population in this study was 315 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Majalengka District. The sample used in this research used a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method, resulting in a sample of 160 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Majalengka district. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this research show thatl thel level ofl educationl hasl al significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, accounting knowledge has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, the use of accounting information has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs.
