Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the planning and implementation of academic supervision conducted by madrasa supervisors. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method is applied to produce meaningful findings about the object under study. Data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis was performed with qualitative indicators. The results showed that the supervisors of madrasa in the Ministry of Religion in Cianjur had compiled an academic supervision program. Academic supervision is done by individual and group methods. The techniques applied include individual meetings, class observations, class visits, group discussions, training, and group meetings. The success of the academic supervision program is supported by the creation of a harmonious relationship between supervisors and teachers in understanding problems, obstacles, and agreeing on alternative solutions.

Abstract

There is a differentiation between both Islamic and Western education. Western education has no conception of the will of God, the good pleasure of God, the design of human servitude to God, and let alone the understanding about life after death. Western view more striking on social interests alone (Humancentris) without trying to relate it to the Supreme Reality intervention. Education in Islamic perspective, mainly supported by theology, gave enlightenment to issues such as education. Islamic does not mean do not look optimal human capability, but in spite of this achievement of social progress as a result of the educational process remain in the corridor and the involvement of God's relationship. Islamic education, with a theological perspective presents an alternative conception of the development of an educational standpoint. Terdapat perbedaan antara pendidikan Islam dan Barat. Pendidikan Barat tidak memiliki konsepsi kehendak Tuhan, kesenangan baik Tuhan, konsepsi perbudakan manusia kepada Tuhan, dan apalagi konsepsi tentang kehidupan setelah mati. Pandangan Barat lebih mengena pada kepentingan manusia saja (Humancentris) tanpa berusaha menghubungkannya dengan intervensi Realitas Tertinggi. Pendidikan dalam pandangan Islam terutama didukung oleh teologi memberi pencerahan untuk masalah-masalah pendidikan tersebut. Islam tidak berarti tidak melihat kemampuan manusia yang optimal, tetapi terlepas dari pencapaian kemajuan manusia ini sebagai hasil dari proses pendidikan tetap berada di koridor dan keterlibatan hubungan Tuhan. Pendidikan Islam dengan perspektif teologis menghadirkan konsepsi alternatif tentang perkembangan sudut pandang pendidikan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the change in the 2013 curriculum with the Merdeka curriculum. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of Islamic religious education lessons in the independent curriculum in grade 1 (low grade). This research comes from teachers, principals, and supervisors. The research was conducted using a qualitative method, namely by collecting data from observations, interviews, and documentation. To ensure the validity of the data, several efforts are made as follows: (a) extending the data collection period, (b) make continuous and serious observations, (c) perform triangulation, and (d) involve colleagues to discuss. From this, it turns out that there are still many people who reject this change in curriculum. This curriculum change was considered very sudden. Many students complain due to the large number of presentation assignments at school, the large number of group work assignments outside of class hours, even though learning with this independent curriculum is considered more relaxed, and the material provided is also less. However, in the future students will be faced with other students who study more material such as students in the 2013 curriculum, so students with an independent curriculum will be left behind. The independent curriculum focuses on character development, student competence, and honing children's interests and talents. From this change in the independent curriculum, many students rejected the existence of this curriculum, because this change was considered very sudden.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru kelas dalam membentuk karakter religius dan disiplin siswa kelas VI B di SDS Karakter Al-Adzkiya Cianjur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara dengan guru kelas dan siswa. Penelitian ini menyoroti berbagai inisiatif yang diambil oleh guru kelas untuk mencapai tujuan pembentukan karakter religius dan disiplin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru kelas memberikan perhatian khusus pada aspek-aspek keagamaan seperti sholat Dhuha, sholat berjama'ah, serta praktik infaq pada hari Jumat. Selain itu, pembentukan karakter disiplin diperkuat melalui kebijakan membentuk barisan sebelum masuk kelas dan pembiasaan membaca buku, membuat diary, serta melibatkan siswa dalam kegiatan positif di luar sekolah. Upaya ini mencerminkan pendekatan holistik yang diterapkan oleh guru kelas untuk memastikan bahwa siswa tidak hanya berkembang secara akademis, tetapi juga sebagai individu yang memiliki karakter religius dan disiplin. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman praktik-praktik pembentukan karakter dalam konteks pendidikan karakter di sekolah-sekolah Islam. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi pedoman bagi sekolah-sekolah lain yang ingin mengimplementasikan strategi serupa dalam membentuk karakter siswa.
