The type of research used in this study is an empirical juridical or legal sociological research by looking at a reality of the law within the community, where will know the form of legal arrangements regarding marital analysis conducted in the custom of the Karo is not recorded in terms of law Number 1 Year 1974 study in the village of Juhar Karo Regency.
