Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui hubungan kedisiplinan belajar siswa di rumah dengan prestasi belajar IPA, 2) mengetahui hubungan kedisiplinan belajar siswa di sekolah dengan prestasi belajar IPA, dan 3) mengetahui hubungan kedisiplinan belajar di rumah dan di sekolah dengan prestasi belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SD se-Gugus Dewi Sartika UPPD Tegal Selatan Kota Tegal 2012/2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex post facto. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas IV SD se-Gugus Dewi Sartika Kecamatan Tegal Selatan Kota Tegal. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi dengan jumlah populasi 155 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen angket dan dokumentasi. Uji coba instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas sehingga diperoleh hasil sebanyak 9 butir tidak valid dari 44 butir dengan indeks reliabilitas sebesar 0,903. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif, sedangkan untuk menentukan hubungan antara ketiga variabel yaitu kedisiplinan belajar siswa di rumah dan di sekolah dengan prestasi belajar IPA digunakan melalui perhitungan dengan regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kedisiplinan belajar siswa di rumah dengan prestasi belajar IPA, adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kedisiplinan belajar siswa di sekolah dengan prestasi belajar IPA dan adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kedisiplinan belajar di rumah dan di sekolah dengan prestasi belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SD se-Gugus Dewi Sartika UPPD Tegal Selatan Kota Tegal 2012/2013.

Abstract

 A superior class is a special space for students whose skills in a particular field are rated higher than other participants. Positive image is a type of belief in something or an impression that someone has because of their knowledge and understanding of a fact or reality. The focus of the research in this paper is: (1) how are superior classes used as a strategy for madrasah heads in improving achievement and positive image at Al-amiriyyah Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Blokagung Banyuwangi? (2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the strategy of increasing achievement and positive image through superior classes at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Al-amiriyyah Blokagung Banyuwangi? The method used by researchers here is a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. The location of this research is Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Al-amiriyyah Blokagung, Tegalsari District, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java, from March 1 to 14. The research subjects were the head of the madrasah as the leader who manages everything in the madrasah and the students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) al-Amiriyyah, and local residents or parents of the students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) al-Amiriyyah. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis is analysis of the interaction of 3 Milles and Hubberman models, namely data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and also SWOT analysis is used to determine supporting and inhibiting factors.

Abstract

Abstract: Increasing infrastructure and repairing existing infrastructure requires several steps in financial management through school budget planning, school financial accounting, and school financial accountability. This is very important because these improvements are expected to improve the quality of the school both from academic and non-academic aspects. The aim of this research is to analyze the process of preparing budgets to improve the quality of infrastructure to support the teaching and learning process so that educational goals are achieved appropriately and optimally. This research uses a qualitative research method or approach, describing and analyzing data. The data collection techniques used were 1. Participant observation, 2. In-depth interviews, and 3. Documentation study. In this research the researcher focused on financial management in improving infrastructure at Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi High School. Infrastructure includes parks, buildings, halls, gardens, classrooms, tables, chairs, learning media, etc. Budgeting (financial planning) is based on the findings of four plans used for budgeting for the Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi High School. These include, among others, the School Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPBS), School Budget Activity Plan (RKAS), Long Term Activity Plan (RKJP) and Medium Term Activity Plan (RKJM). Keywords: Management, Financing, Infrastructure Abstrak: Peningkatan infrastruktur dan perbaikan infrastruktur yang ada memerlukan beberapa langkah dalam pengelolaan keuangan melalui perencanaan anggaran sekolah, akuntansi keuangan sekolah, dan pertanggungjawaban keuangan sekolah. Hal ini sangat penting karena perbaikan tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu sekolah baik dari aspek akademik maupun non akademik. Tujuannya dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses penyusunan anggaaran dalam meningkatkan kualitas sarana prasana guna menunjang proses belajar mengajar agar tujuan pendidikan tercapai secara tepat dan optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode atau pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis data. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, 1. Observasi partisipan, 2. Wawancara mendalam, dan 3. Studi dokumentasi.. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti fokus pada pengelolaan keuangan dalam meningkatkan sarana prasana di Sekolah Menengah Atas Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. Sarana prasarana meliputi taman, gedung, aula, kebun, ruang kelas, meja, kursi, media pembelajaran, dan lain-lain. Penganggaran (perencanaan keuangan) didasarkan pada temuan empat rencana yang digunakan untuk penganggaran Sekolah Menengah Atas Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. Antara lain, Rencana Anggaran Belanja Pendapatan Sekolah (RAPBS), Rencana Kegiatan Anggaran Sekolah (RKAS), Rencana Kegiatan Jangka Panjang (RKJP) dan Rencana Kegiatan Jangka Menengah (RKJM). Abstract

Marketing is an activity that sells and offers products and services that are owned, so that consumers can buy and enjoy the products offered. In the current era of globalization, competition between educational institutions is increasingly attractive and competitive, therefore good marketing activities are needed in order to build a positive image and attract public interest. The "quality" aspect is expected to produce graduates (output) who are highly competitive, able to answer the demands and needs of society in the global era and have the originality of Indonesian culture and the Islamic boarding school itself. The quality philosophy that can be adopted in Islamic boarding schools is Total Quality Management. The value of educational institutions is tested when faced with the wants and needs of today's society. On the one hand, in all matters related to education, there are values ​​that must be built, spread and instilled, but at the same time, as time goes by, educational institutions are subject to market habits that demand to be faced. We continue to create new products in line with further developments and gaining popularity. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely the data source is written words obtained from natural situations. This type of research is a case study. In deciding on a marketing management activity program to improve the quality of education at Bhakti Muda Wiyata Vocational School, several considerations need to be made based on the results of the evaluation and analysis of the implementation of the educational marketing program in the previous year. It can be concluded that the efforts carried out by SMK Bhakti Muda Wiyata are not only focused on quantity but also quality.
