Abstract

Kota Cimahi is a new administrative region established in 2002. As a new city, the Cimahi government attempt to provide the best public service to people. It is due to the absence of specified complaining media for the people. Furthermore, in the context of regional autonomy, public space and social involvement in the government is highly expected. Due to these reasons, Population Short Message (Pesduk) program is established to bring the government to get closer to the people, in order to carry out the development together. It cannot be separated from the social will and solidarity, both from leader and bureaucracy. In addition, the Cimahi municipal government expects the Pesduk program could increase the community participation through indirect means of communication. The media used are also quite simple and very common among people, through short messages (SMS) and the website. Moreover, for urban people, the use of technology is not new anymore. This study is examined through two perspectives, political communication and participation. The theory of participation aimed to examine the increased community participation in governance through Pesduk program. The quite simple mechanism ofPesdukprogram is analyzed through the theory of political communication. Therefore, Pesduk mechanism involves two parties, by which people make a complaint and the government responds. Indirect communication occurs, but it is perceived by the user and the provider. The process of data collection is conducted by interview and literary study. Through simple mechanism of Pesduk, people can communicate directly with the government without any representative or conventional mechanisms. Pesdukis also shown to be effective in improving community participation to build the Cimahi City.However, Pesdukis still need for improvement because there still many deficiencies to be corrected, such as regulatory, resource, and service standards. Abstract

This study aims to analyze community empowerment and measure the effectiveness of Pokdarwis in developing sustainable tourism. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the stages of community empowerment have not been carried out optimally, as seen from the level of community involvement in tourism development. However, from an organizational aspect, Pokdarwis Ardy Mulyo has been able to initiate and create innovations in tourism management. The level of community empowerment shows that the economic and political aspects have not been fully developed, while the psychological and social aspects are still a challenge. The effectiveness of Pokdarwis in empowering communities in sustainable tourism development is quite good, but there are still obstacles in increasing community involvement in tourism development. The Tourism and Culture Office of Bulungan Regency must empower the community through training and mentoring, in accordance with the potential of natural and cultural resources in Ardy Mulyo Village. The Ardy Mulyo Village Government can utilize websites and online services for the promotion of tourism villages. Pokdarwis Ardy Mulyo must be willing to work with various stakeholders, and Ardy Mulyo residents must create an environment that reflects their village as a tourist destination.

Abstract

Di era digital yang semakin berkembang, saat ini banyak konsumen potensial yang lebih memilih delivery order karna memudahkan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan, sayangnya masih banyak pelaku sektor UMKM khususnya di daerah Gintung Kerta Klari, Kabupaten Karawang, mengalami kesulitan dalam memasarkan produk dan kurangnya akses ke teknologi di era digital. Untuk membantu mengatasi masalah ini, dikembangkan aplikasi delivery online bernama KedaiVerse yang bisa membantu UMKM memperluas pemasaran produk mereka secara online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Observasi, Wawancara dengan pelaku UMKM, dan Studi Pustaka untuk mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan penelitian, aplikasi KedaiVerse terbukti memudahkan pelaku UMKM dalam mempromosikan dan menjual produk mereka. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi, khususnya bagi pelaku UMKM di daerah tersebut. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penggunaan sistem ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam penjualan produk UMKM yang terdaftar di KedaiVerse, dengan rata-rata peningkatan omzet sebesar 30% dalam periode tiga bulan pertama setelah implementasi aplikasi.
