Abstract

The foundation scholarship path is a facility provided by the private sector to help government education programs realize 12 years of compulsory education, one of which is a three-year vocational high school education facility and of course the foundation will take into account who deserves three years of learning opportunities for students. Now this will help many parties who really deserve the opportunity to learn to foster their enthusiasm for learning again, but in this case also the foundation must certainly select candidates who apply for the scholarship, of course there are many who want to get the scholarship so that correct, accurate considerations must be made so that the scholarship does not fall into the wrong hands, one of the right ways is to classify the incoming data using the C4.5 algorithm application so that the canteen selection process does not It takes a very long time and based on research, the final result of the C4.5 algorithm will form a decision tree to simplify the process of reading the result data and it is hoped that this will help the foundation in the selection of foundation scholarship recipients for new students. and the results obtained are 57% nominated students have the opportunity to receive scholarships provided by SMK TI Arilangga.

Abstract

Application of Prototype A tool for detecting noise based on NodeMCU is a prototype that can be used to detect sound noise and provide a warning if the sound exceeds the reasonable threshold that humans hear. The function of this system is to detect sound noise using the Analog Sound sensor V2. Then the data from the Analog Sound sensor V2 will be displayed in the form of a Led and if it has passed the threshold that humans hear, it will trigger turning on the buzzer as a warning and send automatically the decibel value, status and also if we want to check how much noise there is, we can type / telegram the sensor . Based on the data analysis carried out, Basically programming for building Prototype Tool for detecting noise based on NodeMCU using the C programming language with the help of Arduino IDE software and monitoring it using LED and Telegram. This research was made in order to facilitate controlling the noise in the environment.

Abstract

Perkembangan kehidupan dari masa kemasa, terutama dibidang teknologi yang semakin beragam dan perkembangannya semakin pesat. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan atas dasar kenyataan yang dilihat dengan jelas diberbagai lingkungan masyarakat selama ini. Keadaan tersebut membuat banyak hal dapat dilakukan dengan lebih mudah dan efisien. Dijaman sekarang informasi atau peringatan harus cepat terakses tidak terkecuali alat ukur yang semakin canggih akan sangat membantu jika kecepatan dan ketepatan alat ukur dapat diketahui dengan cepat dan akurat. Dalam hal ini akan dibuat alat sebagai prototype penggaris digital berbasis arduino. Pada penelitian ini dipaparkan pembuatan alat prototype penggaris digital berbasis arduino hasil keluaran dari alat ini berupa suara dan tampilan LCD hasil dari pengukuran jarak benda. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembagan sistem yang dilakukan yaitu Prototype, dengan perangkat keras pendukung yang digunakan adalah, Arduino R3, Sensor Ultrasonik, LCD, Speaker, dan MP3 TF. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yakni berupa alat yang dapat mengukur jarak suatu benda. Sehinggadapat memudahkan memberikan informasi langsung kepada pengguna dalam melakukan pengukuran dimana saja.

Abstract

Location-based service systems or better known as Location-Based Services (LBS) are information services in the form of geographic information accessed using a smartphone via a mobile network connection for precise mapping. This research focuses on profile information and routes for office locations, places of worship, health, schools, emergency places, markets, sports facilities and infrastructure, companies and ATMs in Paser Belengkong District with location points that utilize the Location Manager Application Programming Interface technology. (API maps) and Location Provider (API Location) from Google. The data collection method used was interviews by asking questions related to important location data in Paser Belengkong District. By way of observation, namely by making direct observations of the villages in Paser Belengkong District. In this research the system development method uses the waterfall and the testing techniques used are Black Box and Beta Testing. The supporting software used is Android Studio, Xampp, Sublime Text, Google Maps and software design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling system, Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Class Diagrams. Abstract

 Study assignment programs and study permits aim to meet the need for staff with certain skills or competencies. in the context of carrying out tasks and functions as well as organizational development, reducing the gap between competency standards and or position requirements with the competencies of Teachers who will fill positions, as well as increasing the knowledge, abilities, skills, attitudes, and professional personality of Teachers, as an integral part of the development plan teacher career. This of course requires a decision support system to be able to assist the Education Office in selecting teachers to provide teacher study permits and study assignments. Decision Support Systems (DSS) or Decision Support Systems (DSS) are computer-based systems that are interactive in assisting decision-makers by utilizing data and models to solve unstructured problems. In this study, the SMARTER method was used as a multi-criteria decision making. The purpose of this research is to assist the Education Office in making decisions when providing a determination of the redemption of study permits, and teacher study assignments as well as providing uniformity and legal certainty in the implementation of study assignments and study permits, and supporting teachers within the local government so that they can improve competence and be more professional in carrying out its duties and functions. Based on research that has been done using the SMARTER method, the sum of each criterion is 0.7840. This implementation produces information that is relatively fast, precise, and feasible to use for updating study permits and teacher learning assignments, and can be carried out without being constrained by time by implementing a web-based application.

Abstract

Development of the game towards a tourist promotion tool is very important. The game "Awang exploring the City of Tenggarong" is an android smartphone game that tells the story of a tourist / traveler named Awang who roams every tourist destination in the Tenggarong City. The development of this game uses multimedia development life cycle, starting from the concept, assembly, and testing. Artificial intelligence is also needed in the development of this game. Players will be accompanied by NPC (Non Player Character) in the form of a female tour guide. NPCs equipped with the Finite State Machine (FSM) model can guide players to go to each Tenggarong tourist attraction, and it can also provide information related to these tourist attractions. The final result of this research is a game that can be a media for tourism promotion in Tenggarong city

Abstract

This research aims to compare the effectiveness of two diagnostic methods in identifying Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) disease, namely the Bayes' Theorem and Certainty Factor. VHL is a rare disease that affects organs such as the brain, eyes, and kidneys. Health is a precious asset for humans, and often the assistance of specialized doctors is required to diagnose complex conditions like VHL. In the era of modern technology, the fusion of medical science with artificial intelligence has provided a fresh impetus in the development of expert systems to support faster and more accurate medical diagnoses. The Bayes' Theorem method is a statistical technique used to calculate the level of certainty in medical data. It helps measure the probability of whether someone has VHL or not. On the other hand, Certainty Factor is another method that gauges the level of confidence in diagnosing a disease using specific metrics, such as how certain symptoms are related to the disease. This research will conduct experiments on both methods using existing medical data and VHL cases. We will compare the accuracy, efficiency, and speed of both methods in diagnosing VHL. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights into which method is better suited to support VHL diagnosis. The implementation of expert systems in the field of medicine is crucial as it can assist doctors in making better decisions. The findings of this research can contribute to the development of more advanced and accurate medical expert systems, which, in turn, will enhance the care and prognosis of patients with VHL and other diseases. Thus, this research has the potential for significant impact in the fields of health and computer science. The results of the study indicate two methods in diagnosing Von Hippel-Lindau disease: "Certainty Factor" with a certainty level of 97.44%, and "Bayes' Theorem" with a certainty level of 41.22%. This provides insights into the relative effectiveness of both methods in diagnosing the disease, with "Certainty Factor" appearing to be more reliable.
