Abstract

Jahe emprit dan kapulaga merupakan hasil pertanian para petani di desa Kaliputih kecamatan Purwojati kabupaten Banyumas.   Jahe emprit merupakan komoditi hasil pertanian yang minoritas di desa kaliputih. Kapulaga dan jahe emprit juga hanya sebatas dijual dalam bentuk utuh tanpa proses pengolahan apapun.  Oleh karena itu perlu adanya pelatihan pengolahan  kombinasi jahe emprit dan kapulaga menjadi granul instan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai jual dari kedua bahan tersebut.  Ibu rumah tangga yang tergabung dalam Tim PKK desa Kaliputih merupakan mitra sasaran dalam pengabdian ini.  Ibu rumah tangga merupakan segmentasi massa dengan peluang besar dalam pengolahan granul instan jahe emprit dan kapulaga dikarenakan rata-rata ibu-ibu di desa kaliputih menjadi ibu rumah tangga.  Dari hasil pengabdian ini terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan Tim PKK desa Kaliputih dalam pengolahan jahe emprit dan kapulaga menjadi granul instan.  Sehingga bisa disimpulkan Tim PKK desa Kaliputih sudah terlatih dalam pembuatan granul instan jahe emprit dan kapulaga.

Abstract

Pengukuran kinerja pada organisasi sektor publik terdiri dari pengukuran kinerja keuangan dan non keuangan. Penulisan paper ini menggunakan metode telaah dari berbagai literature dari berbagai sumber article internasional. Organisasi atau lembaga sektor publik dalam mengeimplementasikan pengukuran kinerjanya baik keuangan maupun non keuangan menggunakan bermacam-macam langkah, sehingga para manager organisasi lembaga sektor publik harus menyesuaikan sistem pengukuran kinerja yang tepat seperti apa yang akan digunakan oleh organisasi tersebut sesuai kondisi masing-masing organisasi lembaga sektor publik.Keyword: pengukuran keuangan, kinerja keuangan, keinerja non keuangan,sektor publik.

Abstract

The research aim to find out how profitability, liquidity, number of board of commissioners, performance of the board of commissioners, and representation of female board of commissioners affect CSR. The population in this research is General Banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used is a general banking company registered on the IDX publishes annual and sustainability reports. Forty-two conventional general banking company sectors were sampled in the research for the 2018-2022 period. The method used is the panel regression method. Some of the tests used are the Brush and Pagan Lagrangian Multiplier, Chow, Hausman, and Hypothesis tests. This research hypothesis test shows a positive influence of profitability on CSR Meanwhile, the liquidity and diversity of the board of commissioners do not influence CSR.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the size of the board of directors, educational background of directors, representation of female directors, proportion of independent commissioners, and audit committees affect CSR. The population in this research is General Banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used is a general banking company registered on the IDX that publishes annual and sustainability reports. Forty-two conventional general banking company sectors were sampled in the research for the 2018-2022 period. The method used is the panel regression method. This research hypothesis test shows that there is an influence on the educational background of directors. This is because, with more diversity in the educational background of directors, there will be more diversity in supervision, insight, perception, and different skills and expertise on each board of directors, which will complement each other. The variable proportion of independent commissioners also positively affects CSR disclosure. This supports the theory of stakeholders because the decisions taken by the company will be more objective and able to protect all stakeholders. Abstract

Perkembangan pasar kian mendunia menyebabkan persaingan usaha di Indonesia semakin ketat. Tingkat perolehan laba merupakan salah satu tolak ukur yang sering digunakan untuk mengukur keberhasilan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh pertumbuhan penjualan, profitabilitas, kebijakan dividen, dan likuiditas terhadap perubahan laba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 72 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pertumbuhan penjualan dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap perubahan laba. Variabel likuiditas berpengaruh negatif terhadap perubahan laba, sedangkan variabel kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap perubahan laba. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi keilmuan berupa wawasan tentang beberapa pengaruh faktor perubahan laba dalam perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of market orientation and environmental product innovation on business performance in MSMEs, with competitive advantage as a mediating variable. Market orientation is a factor that allows MSMEs to survive and thrive in increasingly fierce competition. In addition, environmentally based product innovation focuses on developing environmentally friendly products. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach to a number of MSME actors. The targets of this research were MSME actors in Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, Banyumas, Cilacap and Kebumen Regencies. The data used uses primary data and used a sample of 200 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is Smart-PLS by using the inner model, outer model, and hypothesis testing. Outer model is used for validity and reliability tests. Inner model is used for R-square and F-square tests and hypothesis testing using Bootstrapping testing. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Market Orientation, Environmental Product Innovation, and Competitive Advantage have a positive effect on Business Performance. The practical implication of this study is that MSMEs must pay attention to and optimize business potential by considering Market Orientation, Environmental Product Innovation, Competitive Advantage to improve business performance.
