<![CDATA[ABSTRAKKoperasi sebagai badan usaha yang berlandaskan pada asas kekeluargaan dan demokrasi ekonomi memiliki peran yang penting terutama bagi golongan menengah. Kegiatan perkoperasian di Indonesia mengalami permasalahan terutama dalam hal adminitrasi dan sistem penyimpanan data, terutama untuk koperasi-koperasi di Kabupaten Ngawi, Jawa Timur. Koperasi di daerah tersebut masih bersifat manual dalam hal pencatatan kegiatan simpan pinjamnya, sistem manual dalam koperasi tersebut membuat pelayanan yang diberikan menjadi lambat dan data-data yang tidak disimpan dengan baik. Tujuan diadakan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat usabilitas dari aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Koperasi (SIMK) dalam dimensi learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, dan satisfaction, mengetahui permasalahan pada penggunaan aplikasi SIMK dan solusi perbaikan dari permasalahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengujian usabilitas yaitu metode thinking aloud dengan menggunakan responden pegawai koperasi ABC. Hasil uji usabilitas aplikasi SIMK untuk dimensi learnability dan memorability menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi SIMK mudah dipelajari, penggunaan aplikasi SIMK mempunyai efisiensi 16%, nilai error penggunaan aplikasi SIMK adalah 11 kali, dan untuk dimesi satisfaction mencapai 3.67 yaitu antara netral dengan puas .Permasalahan yang muncul dari aplikasi SIMK yaitu tingkat memorability, efficiency, error dan satisfaction yang tergolong kurang baik yang disebabkan karena kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi masih kurang baik. Cooperative activities in Indonesia have problems, especially administrative problems and data storage systems, especially for cooperatives in Ngawi, East Java. Cooperatives in the area are still manual in activities of savings, the manual system in the cooperative to make the service to be slow and sometimes a lot of data that is not stored properly. The aim of this study was to determine the level of usability of application Cooperative Management Information System (SIMK) in the dimensions of learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction, know the problems in the use of SIMK application and solutions repair of the problem. The method used in usability test is thinking aloud with employee of ABC cooperative as respondents. The results of usability test SIMK application in learnability and memorability dimension indicates that the application is easy to learn, SIMK applications have an efficiency of 16%, the error value SIMK application usage is 11 times, and satisfaction dimension of 3.67, between neutral and satisfied. The problems that arise from the application SIMK is level of memorability, efficiency, error and satisfaction were classified as less well due to the ease of use of the application is still not good.
