Abstract

Abstract : Strategies for achieving maximum service in a library can be done with the use of the library.Library as a source of information is expected not only to serve the public to obtain information, but itcan maintain its existence as an information service institution that develops with the progress ofinformation technology. The purpose of research to gather and analyze the utilization of the library inBadan Perpustakaan, Arsip dan Dokumentasi Provinsi Sulawesi Utara.The methodology used is qualitative, data were collected through observation, interviews andliterature study. The number of informants 14 people. The data obtained were related to the utilizationof the library which were then analyzed through categorization and data reduction.The result of this study shows that in the Library Utilization Badan Perpustakaan, Arsip danDokumentasi Provinsi Sulawesi Utara it is not going well. Existing human resources quality of work isstill very low. The lack of mastery of information technology and the slow pace in providing serviceslibrarian. State library collection is irrelevant, Means still manual information retrieval, yet has thefacilities, such as internet and OPAC, covered services system has not gone well.Conclusion is that the utilization of the library in Badan Perpustakaan, Arsip danDokumentasi Provinsi Sulawesi Utara have not been going well, human resources are still lackingquality work, which is not relevant collections, facilities and infrastructure are still lacking and closedthe service system has not gone well. So that should make improvements human resources througheducation and training levels. Increasing the number of employees in particular librarian libraryeducational background. Procure to increase the number of library collections. Adding a means oftracking information such as OPAC and the Internet. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of effective communication in providing excellent service at the North Sulawesi Provincial Archives and Documentation Library Agency by considering the factors of skills, knowledge and attitudes in the process of providing up to providing messages or information to users both verbally and non-verbally. This research design is qualitative. The focus of the research is the implementation of effective communication in providing excellent service. Selection of informants using proposive sampling technique. Data collection was done by observation, interview, and literature study. Credibility (trust). Communicators must have credibility in delivering messages so that the information conveyed is right on target. Cotext, language and information conveyed must be in accordance with the conditions and environment where communication takes place. Content, the content of the message or material delivered to the audience. Clarity, the information conveyed must be clear so that there is no misunderstanding with the communicant. Continuity and consistency, continuous delivery of information. Abstract

The marketing strategy used by Murakabi Craft includes the use of high-quality visual content, consistent aesthetics, selection of appropriate influencers, active interaction with followers, and use of creative features such as Instagram Stories and IGTV. In addition, they also use digital marketing strategies such as using relevant hashtags, contests, and special promotions to increase brand engagement and awareness. This study aims to reveal the marketing strategy used by the Home Decor Murakabi Craft brand through the use of digital marketing on the Instagram platform. In this fast-paced digital era, social media platforms like Instagram have become an effective means for businesses to promote their products and services to a wider target market. Abstract

The urgency of digital literacy in the era of information disruption is related to the critical thinking skills of government employees, especially the Library and Archives Office of North Sulawesi Province. The development of information technology has been implemented, but it has not run optimally, due to the skills gab which is a crucial issue in accelerating digital transformation, knowledge is an obstacle. The obstacles include dimensions that have not been fulfilled in terms of digital skills, digital safety, digital ethics and digital culture. The research method used is qualitative with proposive sampling technique and data collection using observation, literature study and interviews. The results showed that digital literacy to use, understand and utilize digital technology, used as a measuring tool for the extent to which a person's competence and ability to adapt to current technological developments is not optimal and maximum, because human resources have not been able to implement digital literacy properly in carrying out work duties, lack of digital skills and knowledge, especially operating hardware devices and software devices. The utilization of digital tools with technology integration still uses a conventional system so that the implementation of work, fast and precise in terms of effectiveness, efficiency has not run optimally. Digital ethics is used by the government to be responsible for the data collected and clear consent, limiting the use of data for agreed purposes. Digital safety implementation is quite good, but there is a need for socialization to employees regarding the understanding of digital literacy and the importance of digital safety, especially malware or software. Need to understand the regulations and legal framework references used.
