Abstract

Abstract: System of information accounting management brings about informationaccounting management. Organizational structure and internal control can improve thequality of information accounting management system. The purposes of this research are: twomeasure how big the influence of the organizational structure on the quality of informationaccounting management systems, two measure how big the influence of the internal controlon the quality of information accounting management systems. The method used the casestudy, descriftive and verificative analysis at rent. The data analysis is conducted throughpartial least square path modeling. The result indicate that the organizational structure caninfluence on the quality of information accounting management systems, internal control caninfluence on the quality of information accounting management systems.Keywords: organizational structure, internal control, management accounting informationsystems.Abstrak: Informasi akuntansi manajemen berkualitas dihasilkan dari sisten Informasi yangberkualitas. Struktur organisasi dan pengendalian intern dapat meningkatkan kualitas sisteminformasi akuntansi manajemen. Tujuan penelitian ini mengukur seberapa besar pengaruhstruktur organisasi terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen, pengendalianintern terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen. Penelitian ini menggunakanmetode studi kasus, bersifat deskriptif dan verifikatif, dilakukan pada unit analisis perusahaanpersewaan kendaraan. Analisis data menggunakan partial least square path modeling. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan struktur organisasi berpengaruh pada kualitas sistem informasiakuntansi manajemen, pengendalian intern berpengaruh pada kualitas sistem informasiakuntansi manajemen.Kata Kunci: struktur organisasi, pengendalian intern, kualitas sistem informasi akuntansimanajemen.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to prove the influence of organizational culture, usercompetence and internal control to the quality of Regional Financial ManagementInformation Sistem (abbreviation=SIPKD), and to also prove the quality of SIPKDrelationship to the quality of accounting information. Survey in Garut local governmentas many as 75 of SIPKD users. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) with Partial Least Square approach (PLS). The SEM PLS consists of twoevaluation; inner model and structural model. The result of the research indicate thatthere is an effect of internal control on the creation of quality SIPKD, and qualitySIPKD can influence the creation of quality accounting information. While theorganization culture and user competence is not proven to influence the creation ofquality SIPKD. Research implications can solve the problem of accounting informationsistems, especially in the local government of Garut.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pembinaan melalui program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang merupakan bagian dari tri dharma Perguruan Tinggi sebagai mana diatur dalam Undang – undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2012 tentang Perguruan Tinggi. Tujuan PKM untuk memajukan kesejahteraan umum dan mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa melalui peningkatan peran UMKM dalam pengembangan kegiatan usahanya. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan kegiatan civitas akademika dalam mengamalkan dan membudayakan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi melalui kegiatan pelatihan Perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah (1) ceramah untuk menyampaikan konsep perhitungan harga pokok produksi dan pencatatan dalam jurnal dan (2) memberikan praktik nyata perhitungan harga pokok produksi dengan menggunakan data dan informasi dari UMKM mitra, serta (3) melakukan pendampingan di lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi terhadap kegiatan, diperoleh informasi tingkat pemahaman mitra terhadap materi yang diberikan sebesar 80%. Selanjutnya Tim pengabdian masih melakukan pendampingan kepada mitra.

Abstract

Abstract. This paper examines the quality of service and the quality of online motorcycle taxi system applications that can affect consumer satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is the development of the TAM concept that provides hope, and can help to predict user attitudes and acceptance of information system technology. The user's perception of the application system depends on the quality of the information system available, where the quality measures of the online application system are Reliability, Flexibility, Security, Easy to use, Privacy, Accessibility. This research is a survey research using a questionnaire as a source of processed data. Determination of the research sample using justment sampling. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents using the online motorcycle taxi application, in this case GOJEK, as many as 340 respondents. Research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS tools. The results of the study explain that only flexibility has no effect on customer satisfaction, while service quality, Reliability, Security, Easy to use, Privacy, Accessibility have an effect on customer satisfaction. Using the TAM concept, online motorcycle taxi providers can retain old customers and find new customers by conducting surveys at certain periods of online motorcycle taxi users' consumers.
