Abstract

Abstrak This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of service quality Ucok Durian at Iskandar Muda Medan on the purchase decisions. The hypothesis of this study is the factor of service quality that includes variable tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty has positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions towards Warung Ucok Durian at Iskandar Muda Medan. The sampling using the technique of Purposive Sampling. Data analysis methods used is descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that based on the F test, the service qualities consisting of tangibles variable, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions towards Warung Ucok Durian at Iskandar Muda Medan. Based on the results of the t test, variable influence positive and significant on purchasing decisions is the variable of reliability and responsiveness. Adjusted R Square value = 0.152 means that 15.2% of the purchase decision factors can be explained by the independent variables (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty) while the remaining 84.8% is explained by other factors which is not examined in this study.   Keywords: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Emphaty and Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate and analyze the influence of product, promotion, price and location of the intention to visit again and determine the most dominant factor affecting intention to visit again.This study is associative by using a questionnaire distributed to visitors who have visited at least twice. The population in this study are all visitors in June 2011, which amounted to 3850 visitors. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula samples in this study were respondents or 97.46 can be rounded to 97 people responden.Pengujian hypothesis using linear regression analysis.Based on calculations and data analysis has been done, the variable product, promotion, price and location of partial positive and significant influence on the variable intention to visit again. From the analysis of determination coefficient R Square value of variable product, promotion, price and location to give the effect of 72.1% against the interests of customers while the remaining 27.9% influenced by other factors not examined in this research.Keywords : Product , Promotion, Price, Location and Intention to visit again

Abstract

Every company needs an understanding of organizational design to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. Thus, researching organizational architecture, burnout, and efficiency is important to increase organizational performance, design organizational structures, and maintain a low level of burnout. The findings indicated that respondents had a mostly favorable opinion of organizational architecture, while nurses registered low levels of burnout and high levels of efficiency social assistance questionnaire. and a documentation analysis was used to gather evidence. Study of paths using the Partial Least Squares algorithm The smart PLS method was used to analyze the data in this thesis. (PLS). The findings indicated that respondents had a mostly favorable opinion of organizational architecture, while nurses registered low levels of burnout and high levels of efficiency. In this analysis, the organizational architecture of health care organizations is mechanistic. This is described as a high level of formalization and centralization, and a lack of planning or work experience, among other characteristics. The results showed that organizational design affected burnout. Organizational design affects performance. Organizational design and burnout affect performance.
