Abstract

Abstract Ushul Fiqih is not only used to solve the problems of Muslims through the enactment of laws that the equivalent has been exist in the past, but also it is to show that the method of Ushul Fiqih actually has social dimension whose development can follow the social dynamics movement in Indonesian society that changes rapidly. Through the effort of integrating textual understanding with empirical understanding, it can create a methodology that can be used to answer society’s problems that evolve dynamically. So that the existence of Ushul Fiqih can be used as a tool for social benefit. Abstrak Ushul Fiqih tidak hanya digunakan untuk menyelesaikan persoalan-persoalan umat Islam melalui penetapan hukum yang padanannya telah ada di masa silam, tetapi juga menunjukkan bahwa metode Ushul Fiqih sesungguhnya memiliki dimensi sosial kemasyarakatan yang perkembangannya dapat mengikuti gerak dinamika sosial pada masyarakat Indonesia yang begitu cepat berubah. Melalui upaya memadukan pemahaman tekstual dengan pemahaman empiris, akan dihasilkan sebuah metodologi yang dapat digunakan dalam mejawab persoalan masyarakat yang berkembang secara dinamis. Sehingga keberadaan Ushul Fiqih dapat dijadikan sarana bagi kemaslahatan sosial. Kata Kunci: Ushul Fiqih, Analisa Sosial dan Kemaslahatan Sosial.

Abstract

Religion that preached by means of persuasive with acculturation patterns, more easily accepted. And it create a new color in the existing cultural traditions. Klutuk farmers with all the ritual tradition is entrenched, able to accept the arrival of a new religion due to the new value that does not exclude and offend them as people who have been cultured before. Hinduism and Buddhism that come later, patterned religion earth, existence is able to maintain and further strengthen that tradition. Until Islam came, although he patterned sky religion whose mission is to spread (da'wah) teachings, but do not lead to conflict with the tradition of the klutuk farmers. The result, in addition to reinforce, is also able to fill the spiritual void by providing transcendent value and a new outlook on the tradition. So, appear the traditions that shape, still relatively like the old one, but it has a value of renewal.Keywords: Religion, Culture, Farmer

Abstract

The existence of schools’ belief is often seen as the others, whose presence is underestimated, even eliminated. Both through persecution and using state power to pressure them on behalf of the majority. Using a field approach as well as various official reports from the government and mass media coverage, this article explains the existence of religious schools in Indramayu Regency after the issuance of the MUI and Pakem Decree regarding the existence of them as an organization deemed heretical. This deafness comes to the discovery that differences in beliefs are natural in the dynamics of life. Bad stigma attached to different parties, born and developed because of unilateral information without trying to do tabayyun (clarification) to the intended party. Dialogical dialogue is an effective step in reducing conflict with a religious background, to equally respect each other's choices without having to force or use violence.
