Abstract

Image is a term from the world of industry that is currently entered in the education world, especially the Islamic educational institutions. Today the business is very important imaging in the presence of Islamic educational institutions, this is due to the more important and urgent to establish the image of Islamic educational institutions in response to his role in educating generations of the nation, especially in the framework of the unitary republik of Indonesia. Deterioration of Islamic educational institutions which initially marginal in national policy has come for Islamic educational institutions took part in the arena of educating generations of struggle to give birth to a quality educational institutions in the ministry.Keywords; opini publik, pencitraan, madrasah, mutu pendidikan

Abstract

One of important challenges about facing educational organizations in the advancement of technology and information is how to manage a quality on an ongoing basis. In the context of education, the notion of including encryption of inputs, processes, outputs, and outcomes of education. In order to create an educational system that has a diversity way to realize the purpose of education can be achieved by renewing the madrasah mission and strategy as well as implementing it. All of these are subject to the discovery of capacity building in all areas of good governance as well as sustainable. Capacity building should be implemented effectively and continuously on three levels, namely: 1) Individual level, for example: personal skills and requirements, knowledge, behavior, grouping of work and motivation of people's work in organizations. 2) The institutional level or the whole unity, for example: organizational structures, decision-making processes within organizations, procedures and work mechanisms, arrangements and infrastructure, links to organizations. 3) System levels, such as work-related regulators, basic policy and policies that support the achievement of a certain policy objectivity.

Abstract

AbstrakKey word : Islam, belajar, pendidikan. Dalam Islam  terdapat anjuran yang menegaskan bahwa belajar  merupakan sebuah kewajiban bagi laki-laki dan perempuan. Aktivitas belajar adalah untuk memperoleh keberhasilan dalam pengembangan potensi dan bakat seseorang. Belajar merupakan perubahan perilaku sebagai hasil dari pengalaman dari proses pembelajaran dengan serangkaian aktivitas misalnya: membaca, mencoba sesuatu, mengikuti arah tertentu, mengamati, mendengarkan, meniru dan lain sebagainya (aktivitas ruhani-jasmani) menuju perkembangan pribadi yang utuh. Siswa yang sedang dalam proses belajar wajib hukumnya mempunyai niat yang luhur dalam dirinya, yaitu bahwa belajar merupakan salah satu bagian dari ibadah yang bertujuan mencari ridha Allah SWT, mendapat kebahagiaan akhirat, memerangi kebodohan, dan meningkatkan peradaban bagi masyarakat. Di lembaga Pendidikan Islam  tentu belajar perlu diberdayakan agar peserta didik menjadi sosok pembelajar mandiri, ada beberapa strategi memberdayakan belajar diantaranya; dilaksanakan kegiatan diskusi setiap hari, mengadakan program menulis setiap hari, diadakan lomba setiap hari, melaksanakan praktek setiap hari, diadakan sistem perpustakaan keliling, melatih penelitian sederhana, dan mengadakan studi banding. Dengan pemberdayaan belajar yang intensif maka pendidikan Islam akan menghasilkan lulusan-lulusan mandiri dan tangguh sebagai penopang kemajuan Islam.
