Abstract

Tawarruq contract is that if someone buys goods from a seller to credit the price and he sells the goods in cash to a third party other than the seller at a cheaper price. The goal is to get the cash. Tawarruq transaction models is used as a form of transaction in the banking system. The existence of this Tawarruq contract can help Islamic banks in the world were very limited and very limited business anyway. The use of contract Tawarruq can help improve the liquidity of Sharia banking, but set the MUI fatwa banning the use of Tawarruq contract in Indonesia. Whereas in some other countries that have Sharia banking system, this agreement is allowed to use it. One of these neighboring Indonesia itself, namely Malaysia. Article outlines a comparative analysis on the MUI fatwa expression in the four main schools of jurisprudence. School of Imam Opinions are divided into two groups; The first group may judge, while the next group judge illegitimate. With maslahah theory, the MUI fatwa needs to be reviewed in view of the importance of the contract Tawarruq to improve the competitiveness of Sharia banking.Keywords;  Tawarruq, ba'i al-'inah, hilah, Perbankan Syari’ah

Abstract

Every company must do the marketing process. This process is what makes consumers / customers interested to use products or services that are launched. so it needs a special strategy in running this process. Marketing strategy is commonly used is marketing mix, which aims to increase the number of customers, the obstacles encountered include, the modification of the price is not maximized, the product design is less good, less than optimal campaign, distribution channels are not on target, can run smoothly and continue must also be coupled with justice and honesty so that any marketing strategy run by the company will create a justice and goodness In addition to the marketing mix (Marketing Mix) in increasing the number of customers Marketing information system is also in need by the management of Sharia Banking Because the device this is usually intended to process data into information to customers and society. In addition, as a consideration of the Board of Directors to make decisions relating to marketing   AbstrakSetiap perusahaan pasti melakukan proses marketing. Proses inilah yang menjadikan konsumen/nasabah tertarik untuk menggunakan produk atau jasa yang diluncurkan. sehingga Perlu adanya strategi khusus dalam menjalankan proses ini. Strategi Pemasaran yang biasa digunakan adalah marketing mix, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan jumlah nasabahnya, kendala yang dihadapi diantaranya, modifikasi harga yang belum maksimal, desain produk yang kurang bagus,promosi yang kurang maksimal, saluran distribusi yang tidak tepat sasaran,selain itu agar strategi pemasaran bisa berjalan dengan lancar dan continue harus juga dibarengi dengan keadilan dan kejujuran sehingga strategi pemasaran apapun yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan akan tercipta suatu keadilan dan kebaikan Selain bauran pemasaran (Marketing Mix) dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah Sistem informasi pemasaran juga di butuhkan oleh manajemen Perbankan Syariah Karena perangkat ini biasa ditujukan untuk mengolah data menjadi informasi kepada nasabah dan masyarakat. Selain itu juga sebagai bahan pertimbangan Direksi untuk membuat keputusan yang berkaitan dengan pemasaran.Kata Kunci : Marketing Mix, Strategi, Nasabah, Perbankan Syariah
