Abstract

The use of information systems in business is needed for the development, exchange of information electronically to the application of business strategies, such as: marketing, sales, and customer service . So also in the field of commodity properties for rent boarding houses and rented houses. The development of information systems increasingly fast can put to good use through a lot of things in the system, but some managers and prospective tenants boarding home rental business and rented houses are still experiencing difficulties in having an integrated system. Many of them are still making sales / reservation directly in everyday life. In terms of the consumer, still have to make purchases at the location where the manager was and limited information about the available types. Boarding houses and rented houses a rental dwelling that is destined for temporary shelter, in the case study authors wanted to use information systems to allow people to find a boarding house and Houses Rented Houses in accordance with the information needs or the needs of one's home. Abstract

ABSTRACT - Following up Direktorat Jenderal Pembelajaran dan Kemahasiswaan No.471/ B/SE/2017 on the implementation of tracer study at the college level. Therefore, in every university is expected to have alumni tracer program in the form of tracer study, career centers and the like to know the absorption and position of graduates in the world of work and industry (dudi); develop learning process strategy and improve the quality of graduates. The purpose of this research is to engineer career center system and tracer study in university environment using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The results of research in the form of career center system and tracer study that can be accessed through browser. Career centers in college, in addition to functioning to provide supplies to alumni to face the world of work, also do tracer study services. System management features: alumni management, update announcement information / job openings. Features of alumni: enrollment for alumni, search (alumni work, self-employed alumni, alumni of advanced study), job vacancy information. On the results concluded the needs of career center system and tracer study able to optimize the function of data service alumni for universities. Keywords: career center, tracer study, universities ABSTRAK - Menindaklanjuti surat edaran Direktorat Jenderal Pembelajaran dan Kemahasiswaan Nomor 471/B/SE/2017 tentang pelaksanaan tracer study di tingkat perguruan tinggi. Oleh sebab itu di setiap perguruan tinggi diharapkan mempunyai sistem penulusuran alumni berupa tracer study, pusat karir dan sejenisnya untuk mengetahui penyerapan dan posisi lulusan dalam dunia kerja dan industri (dudi); menyusun strategi proses pembelajaran dan meningkatkan mutu lulusan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merekayasa sistem pusat karir dan tracer study di lingkungan perguruan tinggi menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Hasil penelitian berupa sistem pusat karir dan tracer study yang dapat diakses melalui browser. Pusat karir di perguruan tinggi, selain berfungsi untuk memberikan bekal kepada alumni untuk menghadapi dunia kerja, juga melakukan pelayanan tracer study. Fitur pengelola sistem: manajemen alumni, update informasi pengumuman/lowongan kerja. Fitur alumni: pendaftaran untuk alumni, penelusuran (alumni bekerja, alumni wiraswasta, alumni studi lanjut), informasi lowongan kerja. Pada hasil disimpulkan kebutuhan sistem pusat karir dan tracer study mampu mengoptimalkan fungsi pelayanan data alumni bagi perguruan tinggi. Kata Kunci: pusat karir, tracer study, perguruan tinggi
