Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji serta membuktikan ada atau tidaknya pengaruh Absensi Fingerprint dan Pengawasan terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Pada JNE Palembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 30 orang pegawai tetap yang ada pada JNE Palembang. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 pegawai pada JNE Palembang. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan  menggunakan program SPSS versi 23. Teknik uji coba instrumen dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dan uji realibilitas. Uji asumsi klasik yaitu meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas. Adapun teknik analisis data yaitu analisis regresi berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, Dan kriteria pengujian hipotesis yaitu uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis uji t secara parsial,  absensi fingerprint berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja yaitu dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 < 0,05 yang artinya HO ditolak Ha diterima dan pengawasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja yaitu nilai signifikan 0,037 < 0,05 artinya Ho ditolak Ha diterima. Berdasarkan uji F secara simultan absensi fingerprint dan pengawasan berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap disiplin kerja Pegawai  yaitu dengan nilai 0,000 < 0,05 artinya HO ditolak Ha diterima. Kata Kunci: Absensi Fingerprint, Pengawasan dan Disiplin Kerja   ABSTRACT This research aims to know and test the presence or absence of the influence of Fingerprint attendance and supervision of employee work discipline at JNE Palembang. The research methods used are quantitative descriptive. The population in this research is 30 permanent employees who are in JNE Palembang. While the samples in this study were as many as 30 people. The technique of data collection in this study through the dissemination of a questionnaire to 30 employees at JNE Palembang. The data analysis used in this study is by using SPSS version 23 program. The instrument testing techniques in this study included validity testing and realistic testing. The classic assumption test includes the test of normality, multicolinearity test, heteroskedastisity test. The data analysis techniques are multiple regression analyses, analyses of correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing criteria i.e. T test and F test. Based on the results of the testing hypothesis of T tests partial fingerprint attendance significant effect on the work discipline is with a significant value of 0.001  0.05 which means that HO rejected Ha received and supervision of significant effect on the work discipline that is a significant value of 0.037  0.05 meaning Ho rejected Ha accepted. Based on test F simultaneous fingerprint attendance and supervision of significant effect together with the work discipline is 0.000  0.05 meaning that HO rejected Ha accepted. Keywords: Fingerprint attendance, supervision and work discipline

Abstract

The Management of Facilities the  Tourist of Air Terjun Tujuh Tingkat Batang Koban, that managed by the department of culture and tourism Kuantan Singingi regency as government agencies that are responsible for the management and development of Air Terjun Tujuh Tingkat Batang Koban.The purpose of the research is to know the management of Air TerjunTujuh Tingkat Batang Koban of Kuantan Singingi regency and the factors that influence the management ofAir Terjun Tujuh Tingkat Batang Koban of Kuantan Singingi regency. The concept of the theory is the management of according to George R. Terry, the researcher uses the method of descriptive qualitative. Kind of the data is used the primary and secondary. The data collection of the researcher is use the techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. By using techniques purfosif as an informan for the research. The conclusion of the results of this researchthat the management of Air Terjun Tujuh Tingkat Batang Koban in Kuantan Singingi regency.it is can be seen from the facility which is already a lot a damaged and didn’t do maintenance by department of culture and touristm of kuantan singingi regency. The factors that affect the management of facilities the air terjun tujuh tingkat batang koban in Kuantan Singingi regency is human resources, budget, infrastructure and natural condition. Keywords: Management, facility, Tours Air Terjun Tujuh Tingkat Batang Koban
