Abstract

ABSTRAK  Tanah lempung yang mempunyai daya dukung dan kuat geser yang rendah perlu distabilisasi agar memenuhi syarat teknis untuk dijadikan sebagai tanah dasar. Salah satu stabilisasi tanah yang biasa dilakukan yaitu dengan menambahkan bahan kimia pada tanah. Bahan kimia yang biasa digunakan berupa semen, fly ash, kapur dan lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan penambahan semen dan  fly ash. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui niai Indeks Propertis akibat penambahan 2% PC dan variasi kadar fly ash pada tanah lempung, kemudian untuk mengetahui nilai Kuat Tekan maksimum dengan pengujian Unconfined Compression Test, nilai CBR dengan pengujian California Bearing Ratio laboratorium akibat adanya penambahan bahan stabilisasi, serta kadar optimum penambahan fly ash. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa sampel tanah asli memiliki kadar air 11,67%; berat spesifik 2,63; batas cair 45,73% dan indeks plastisitas 30,65%. Kemudian nilai kuat tekan 1,36 kg/cm2 dan nilai CBR 6,67%. Berdasarkan klasifikasi USCS, sampel tanah tersebut termasuk dalam jenis clay low plasticity (CL) sedangkan berdasarkan klasifikasi AASHTO, sampel tanah tersebut termasuk dalam jenis A-7-6 (17). Setelah tanah distabilisasi dengan berbagai variasi fly ash diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa stabilisasi paling optimum terjadi pada variasi campuran 2% PC + 14% FA yaitu dengan nilai kuat tekan bebas sebesar 1,99 kg/cm² dan nilai CBR sebesar 17,36%. Tanah yang telah dicampur material stabilisator yang paling efektif yaitu 2% semen dan 14% fly ash termasuk dalam jenis Clay-Low Plasticity (CL) berdasarkan klasifikasi USCS dan tergolong A-6 (9) berdasarkan klasifikasi AASHTO.  Kata Kunci : lempung, semen, fly ash, stabilisasi tanah, kuat tekan bebas, CBR.

Abstract

HAIs surveillance is a supervision that includes data collection, analysis, interpretation and dissemination, which is currently developing into an electronic-based approach. This electronic-based surveillance is assumed to be able to provide higher data quality, faster and easier. However, this still needs to be proven further. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect and comparison of paper and electronic based on the system of recording and detecting risk of HAIs. This type of research is quantitative research with Quasi design Pre test - Post test Two Group, with a total sampling of 239 nurses. Methods of collecting data using instruments in the form of questionnaires to measure the nurses’ competency and the recording system. As an intervention carried out the implementation of electronic and paper-based surveillance for two weeks at the Awal Bros Batam Hospital. Data analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon Test to test the differences and Mann Whitney to test the effect. The results of the study illustrate the differences in nurses' competencies before and after HAIs surveillance training, illustrating the significant influence on the HAIs recording and detection system before and after the application of electronic and paper based. It is recommended to develop electronic-based software for recording and detecting HAIs systems connected to the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS).
