Abstract

Personal disorder is a type of mental illness. People with personal disorder can not respond changes and demands of life in normal ways. Women with type B personal disorder tend to have high risk of violence. It is important to make early detetction of this personal disorder, so that it can be anticipated properly. This paper reports an architecture model of back propagation neural network (BPPN) for early detection of type B personal disorder. The back propagation process divided into two phases, i.e training and testing. The training process used 43 data and the testing process used 34 data. The output classified into 4 diagnosis category of type B personal disorder, I.e. anti social, borderline, histrionic, and narcissistics. The optimal parameters of BPPN model consist of maximum epoch of 1000, maximum mu of 10000000000, increase mu of 25, decrease mu of 0.1, and neuron hidden layer of 25. The MSE of training is 3.07E-14 and MSE of testing is 1.00E-03. The accuracy of training is 90.7%, while the accuracy of testing is 97.2%.

Abstract

Acute pulmonary edema (EPA) is a condition of emergency respiratory distress that results from the sudden and rapid build-up of fluid into the lungs. Rapid screening of EPA patients is necessary so that radiologists can make the prognosis as early as possible. In addition, reliance on the expert's knowledge of reasoning also hinders the diagnostic process. This research proceeded by developing an architectural model for machine learning systems with a deep learning approach. With the concept of representative learning, the denseNet-CNN algorithm connects each layer to another utilizing a feed-forward. The data used is Image CXR-14 that is specifically labeled pulmonary edema pathology. Each CXR-14 image is 1024 × 1024 in size with a value of 8 bits grayscale. The architectural model development consists of several stages: the preparation stage, data resampling, data training, and data testing. Optimizer parameters used are Adam's optimizer, a learning rate of 0.0001, weight decay = 1e-5, and the loss used is binary cross-entropy. The resulting mean of AUROC analysis showed that the sensitivity value of the 10% dataset was 71.493%, and the specificity value of 10.011% was obtained at the second hold of the k-fold cross-validation method after holdout validation so that the resulting model was valid. The detection system developed from the denseNet-CNN model is to expectedly help radiologists identify abnormalities in CXR images quickly, precisely, and consistently. The development of the denseNet CNN model is in the form of a heatmap visualization by localizing the features one is watching. With localization in the heat map form, pathological abnormalities detection of PEA is easier to do and recognize.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that is rich in culture and customs. Indonesia also has great potential in the field of tourism, especially cultural tourism. The key to attracting tourist visitors lies in the information media provided. In this paper, a desktop-based application is developed with 3D virtual reality graphics model technology with Tongkonan traditional house from the Toraja tribe and their environment as the object. This 3D virtual reality visualization aims to be an interactive promotional media for the millennial generation in introducing cultural tourism, especially the Tongkonan traditional house of Toraja. In this application, the user can explore the traditional house objects as a whole – with the help of navigation control in the form of keyboard and mouse. The ADDIE model method was used in designing this desktop application. The user response test was used to measure respondents' attitudes toward the application using the Likert scale and succeeded in getting the very good category in 17 questionnaire statements and the good category in three questionnaire statements. Therefore, it can be concluded that the VR visualization of Tongkonan Traditional House can act as an interactive promotional media to the millennial generation.

Abstract

Abstract— The current COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on all sectors of life where the government has set a policy of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). The existence of restrictions on activities known as 3M requires Karisma Medika Clinic to adapt its operational workflow by utilizing information technology to adapt patient registration. To make it easier for patients to register and get a queue number by developing a web service-based application and SMS Gateway. The application is developed based on a web service using the Codeigniter framework with a flow of information procedures regarding the attending physician, then after selecting a doctor, will go to the registration section to fill in personal data and symptoms and complaints for consultation. The data entered in the application will be stored in the Gammu SMS engine database and through the SMS gateway, patients will receive a queue number for consultation at the clinic in real time which will continue to be updated. User response tests from 25 respondents showed that it was easy for patients to register by paying attention to health protocols of 92.25% (very easy), 5% (easy), and 2.75 % quite easy. While the satisfaction indicator is 95% (very satisfied) and 5% of respondents (satisfied).

Abstract

Mata kuliah Manajemen Proses Bisnis (MPB) yang ada di Ukrida berfokus pada pemahaman konsep MPB di organisasi dalam  memperoleh, mengevaluasi, dan merespon informasi dengan segera menjadi sangat penting dalam merespon masalah yang dihadapi oleh organisasi/ perusahaan secara cepat dan tepat. Rendahnya tingkat kepuasaan dan penguasaan materi dari peserta didik, dilatarbelakangi oleh metode pembelajaran ceramah yang hanya satu arah, bersifat konseptual dan tidak bisa memvisualisasikan secara real ke dalam suatu organisasi/ perusahaan. Hal ini yang menjadi landasan dilakukannya pengabdian masyarakat berupa edukasi MPB dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran simulasi game bekerja sama dengan Monsoon Academy yang berafiliasi dengan SAP Education Asia Pacific dan 3 Universitas dari Hongkong, Malaysia, dan Thailand. Dengan edukasi pembelajaran berbasis simulasi game yang dilakukan, para peserta dapat melakukan simulasi terhadap situasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mereka bisnis secara real di suatu perusahaan/ organisasi lebih baik. Selain itu, memberikan pengalaman secara tidak langsung yang diperlukan oleh peserta untuk menghadapi permasalahan. Peserta juga dapat meningkatkan kompetensi mereka  dalam mengembangan organisasi/ perusahaannya dengan menerapkan modul-modul yang telah dipelajari.
