Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk merekam realitas pelaksanaan program, kendala yang dihadapi, pengaruh pandemi covid-19 terhadap pelaksanaan program, serta pelaksanaan literasi digital yang sangat potensial dalam membantu mensukseskan program zero waste.
