Abstract

The improvement of the education quality is the most imporant thing to fulfil the idea of Indonesia.To get this condition ist is related to the role of the teachers for they are he keys to make the program successful of  every effort  to enccourage the quality concernd.It is, therefore, the professsionalism of the teachers concerned must be increased continuously adn one of them is the academic supervision.               A headmaster of a school has to be able to apply the exact nd right sup ervision techniques in realizing the education.  The tecniques of supervision cover the individual and academic ones.               In order to givion of ehe situat the  service and aids in developing the situation or nature of learning and teaching well the supervisors can, therefore, apply the right and it is illustration  of the behaviour pattern  practised   in the supervision approach.

Abstract

 The aim of this research is to know the correlation between the working motivation , the level of the education and the expirience of the training and the performance of he staff in the Education Service in Malang Regency. The problem formulations are : (1) How is the performance the staff of Education Service in Malang Regency ?,{2) How is the education level of the staff of Education Service in Malang Regency ? (3) How is the education level of the staff of Education Service in Malang Regency ? (4) How is the education level of the staff of Education Service in Malang Regency ? (5) How is the motivation  of the staff of Education Service in Malang Regency ?  (6) How is the education level of the staff of Education Service in Malang Regency ?, (7) How is the performance of the staff of Education Service in Malang Regency ?. To solve  the problems above this research is designed as fllowss (1).The discriptive problems will be solved in the discriptive report.(2).To solve the quantitative problems will be solved in statistical way.For the second problem the design is correlation one held in Malang.The sample is using  Krejcie Table by Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling .It is , therefore , the sample is 103 persons among 135 persons as population.                The results of the research by SPSS  are (1) The motivation of the staff of the Education Service in Malang is good.(2) The education level  of the staff of the Education Service in Malang is good. (3) The training exxperience of the staff of the Education Service in Malang is very law. (4) The performance  of the staff of the Education Service in Malang is good. (5) There is found it is a  positive correlation  between the motivation and the performance of the staff of the Education Service in Malang (6) There is a significant correlation  between the education level and the performance of the staff of the Education Service in Malang dan (7) (6) There is a significant correlation  between the training experience and the performance of the staff of the Education Service in Malang.Based on the results abaove , the researcher suggests as in the following among are  (1) The head of the education service in Malang always pays attention to the ability of the staff by as much as possible to send them to the training. (2) The head of the education service in Malang always pays attention to the ability of the staff by as much as possible to send them to continue their studies.(3) The head of the education service in Malang always pays attention to the ability of the staff by as much as possible to pay the finance of the training. (4) The head of the education service in Malang always pays attention to the ability of the staff by as much as possible to send them to the training. (5) The experrience of the staff training is only to give a small effect to the performancee  so it is good to evaluate the training activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the management of facilities and infrastructure at Kartika Wirabuana Tujuh Elementary School Manado. This research is motivated by the existence of a gap in facilities and infrastructure that still occurs in schools, meanwhile schools are required to improve facilities and infrastructure in order to support the smooth teaching and learning process which in turn will improve the quality of education in schools in particular and the world of education in general. Therefore, schools are required to be able to manage facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the principles of education management so that educational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach that aims to find out how the process of management of facilities and infrastructure at Kartika Wirabuana Tujuh Elementary School Manado. Management of facilities and infrastructure at Kartika Wirabuana Tujuh Elementary School Manado starts from planning, procurement process, inventory process, use of facilities and infrastructure, maintenance, control activities and activities for the elimination of facilities and infrastructure. The planning process for facilities and infrastructure begins with conducting a needs assessment and continues with holding a teacher council meeting to determine the facilities and infrastructure that need to be procured. The results of the meeting are proposed to the Foundation for realization. The procurement process is based on the consideration of the Foundation. After the procurement process is continued with an inventory of facilities and infrastructure in order to easily check their existence and use. The use of facilities and infrastructure follows the procedures set by the school. In order for facilities and infrastructure to be used properly, it is necessary to make efforts to maintain and maintain them so that they are safe and can be used properly. The planning process up to the use of facilities and infrastructure in order to run well, it is necessary to have supervision carried out by school leaders and foundations

Abstract

One of the national problem in our education nowdays is the low quality of it. It is, therefore, there are many efforts by the goverment to improit by to improve the tools, instrument’s, human resources curriculum, budget and other else. In this research is willing to know about the improvement of the quality of the student’s activity the location in manado in 2016. The methods is qualitative one. The results of the research is that by the gift of the portain for the student’s they will be given the opportunity to strengthen the cognitive, effective and psicomotoric domain. In cognitive domain they will enlarge the knowledge, creativity, inovation and change the social action to sinergic effect, and the psicomotoric they are able to practice the knowladge into action. The suggestions are (1) the student’s have to be en courage to enrich the science and to be intellectual person (2) the student’s have to suport to be good attitude (3) the student’s have to motivate to practice in the field.
