Abstract

This research is meant to know and analize the performance of the finance of the local goverment , Samarinda , in the year 2013-2014. The tools of the analisis used is racional one which consists of the level of decentralization , the dependence of the local government finance  , the self-standing , effectivity of the original government income and local government tax.The result of the research is that the ability of the local government concerned in the realization of decentralization is better if it is seen from the improvement of it. .The level of the dependence of the finance is smaller and smaller and the self-effort  is higher though the mobilazation of the receipt of the original income goes down where in 2014 is not effective .The local government in collecting tax is good enough either in 2013 or in 2014.So it can be concluded generally that the performance of the team goes better in 2014

Abstract

This study analyzes the efforts to eradicate narcotics criminals carried out by law enforcement officers against the existence of marijuana fields and the cultivation of cannabis plants in the community. This paper uses normative legal research. The research approach used by the researcher is the statutory approach and the conceptual approach. The technique used to analyze the data is descriptive qualitative in line with the research method applied by the researcher. Efforts to eradicate narcotics crimes carried out by law enforcement officers are through penal and non-penal channels. The corrective route is understood through the procedures of the criminal justice system, while the non-penal course involves the community. Article 104 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics states that the community has the amplest opportunity to prevent and eradicate abuse and illicit trafficking of narcotics and narcotic precursors. Furthermore, Article 105 says that the community has rights and responsibilities to prevent and eliminate abuse and illegal trafficking of drugs and narcotic precursors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas rendahnya motivasi kerja dan kepuasan karyawan di PT Antika Anggrek Indonesia, yang berdampak negatif terhadap produktivitas perusahaan. Motivasi kerja yang rendah ditunjukkan oleh gaji di bawah UMP, minimnya pelatihan, dan kurangnya apresiasi, yang kemudian berpengaruh pada rendahnya kepuasan kerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dari November 2024 sampai Februari 2025. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan kepuasan karyawan masih rendah, dipicu oleh ketidakpuasan terhadap gaji, kurangnya pengembangan karir, dan minimnya perhatian dari atasan. Kesimpulannya, rendahnya motivasi kerja menyebabkan rendahnya kepuasan kerja, sehingga perusahaan perlu meningkatkan kebijakan motivasi agar kepuasan karyawan dapat tercapai secara optimal
