Abstract

The objective of this research is to kow how to keep Samarinda clean.The location of  it is the city of Samarinda durng the Idul Ftri Party in 2016 .The research is carried out one day after the Feast.The results are (1).The rubbish was spread out in the street and areas which gave bad conditions and existed the illness,(2)The workers of the cleaness took over time but they were not able to do completely,(3).They were not paid salary enough,(4).The local government of Samarinda did not take the experience that every year after Idul Fitri the rubbish is always making problem,(5).The member of parliament , Jasno , from PAN (Nasional Commitment Party) urged to the executive to do the best vwith teh rubbish here.The suggestions are To keep the city here clean , green and healthy always,(2).The workers have to be given enough salary ,(3).The local government of Samarinda has to take the old experience after the feast of Idul Fitry ,(4). Both executive and legislative to give he special attention to the cleaness of the envirement here.

Abstract

Work productivity is something that is expected by every organization,both government and private organizations. Achieving optimal workproductivity means a success for the organization, which in turn will befeedback for the achievement of the objectives of employees and organizationsconcerned.To support work productivity at the maximum Environmental andForestry Service of Kutai Kartanegara Regency, there are at least 3 (three)important factors that must be considered, namely: first, adequate benefits sothat employee productivity is maintained while carrying out their duties;second, continuous education and training so that the ability and skills ofemployees always develop in accordance with the demands of work that alsocontinues to grow; and third, work discipline that functions as a controllinginternal control and regulations that regulate employees to work better andhave a passion for achievement in accordance with applicable workprocedures in the work agency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and assess the level of work performance of employees at the Regional Revenue Service Unit Technical Unit (UPT) Revenue Service District of North Samarinda.To analyze the data obtained by the author using multiple regression analysis tools and SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) application Rel 22 For Windows to obtain the following results : The resulting regression equation is: Y = 1,329 + 0,282 X1 + 0,278 X2. Constant value of 1.329 states that if there are no independent variables (compensation and motivation) then the value of work achievement of 1.329.Result of F test calculation, F value count is 12,086 with 0,000 significance level because significance value less than 0,05 then existing regression can be used to predict the magnitude of work performance or it can be said that the independent variable (compensation and motivation) to the dependent variable (work performance).The value of F table with df1 = k = number of independent variables = 2 and df2 = n - k - 1 = 59 - 2 - 1 = 56, obtained F table value of 2.78. This means that F arithmetic> F table or 12.086> 2.78 so that it can be said that the compensation and motivation variables are together able to show the influence on the work performance or regression model can be used to predict the work performance, so that the first hypothesis is accepted truth.The value of R shows the number of 0.549. this means independent variables together have a relationship to work performance variable (dependent) of 0.549 or 54.9%. This relationship belongs to a moderate category of interpretation and this means that 54.9% of work performance can be explained or influenced by motivation compensation variables. While the rest of 45.1% work performance is explained or influenced by other causes beyond the variable compensation and motivation.Result of calculation of t test between variable of compensation (X1) with work performance (Y), obtained value of t compensation (X1) equal to 2,893 while t table value with df = n - k = 59 - 3 = 56, and significance level equal to 0,005 and test conducted two sides obtained t table amounted to 2.021. This indicates that t arithmetic> t table or 2.893> 2.021 which means the compensation variable (X1) is partially able to show significant influence on employee performance. While other variable that is motivation (X2) less able to predict or explain its effect to work productivity. Thus the second hypothesis submitted authors accepted the truth

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and examine matters as follows: Factors that affect the employee job satisfaction in Sub Division Treasury Finance Division Regional Secretariat Kutai Kartanegara and know the most dominant factors affect employee job satisfactionTo analyze the data obtained by researchers using multiple regression analysis tools and SPSS application (Statistic Product and Service Solution) Based on the results of data analysis using SPSS and discussion then the conclusions can be put forward are:The resulting regression equation is Y = 2.779 + 0.030X1 + 0.136 X2. The resulting value is marked positive which means having a direct relationship. The constant value (a) of 2.779 states that if X1 and X2 are equal to zero. Then the satisfaction of cooperation with 2.779 or can be said if there is no variable of employee factor (X1) and job factor (X2) then job satisfaction (Y) equal to 2,779.Result of F test calculation, Fcount value is 4,303 with significance level 0,000. Since probability (0,000) is less than 0.05, regression model can be used to predict job satisfaction, or it can be said that the variable of employee factor and work factor that applied together have an effect on job satisfaction.The value of R Square (Determination R or R2) shows the number of 0.806 from 8982, thus it can be said that the independent variables of employee and occupational factors have an influence of 0.806 or 8.06% have the level of variable relations factor employee and job factors against job satisfaction is very strong. Based on the above description, the first hypothesis has been presented.Result of t test calculation between employee with job satisfaction, it can be seen that thitung> ttable or 2,815> 2,021 with significance level 0,000 <0,005, indicate that tcount> ttable or 2,743> 2,021 with significance level 0,001 <0,005 meaning work variable variable partially significantly indicating its effect on job satisfaction. So variable of employee factor have the most dominant influence influence job satisfaction compare of work factor variable. Thus the second hypothesis that the researcher submitted was accepted.
