This study aims to describe of farming and production factors that affect production of dragon fruit in Farmer’s Oefeu , Nunmafo Village, North Central Timor Regency. This research was conducted in January to May 2019. The sampling technique was carried out by census Data analysis methods used are qualitative descriptive methods and Cobb-Douglass analysis models. The description of dragon fruit farming includes land preparation, planting, maintenance, harvest and post-harvest. In the F test, variable land area, number of seeds, fertilizer, labor use and farming experience have an effect on dragon fruit production. Variable large of area, number of seeds, fertilizer, and labor have effect significantly on dragon fruit production. The farming experience variable has no significant effect on dragon fruit production.
