Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of whatsapp group online learning for Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah students in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic at MI NU Nurus Shofa Kudus. Researchers use qualitative descriptive methods. In this study the methods of data collection were observation and interviews. Research indicates that almost most of MI NU Nurus Shofa's teachers carried out online studies in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic. As for the most widely used application in promoting online learning the whatsapp application, for then the whatsapp group is created. A teacher's material delivery is by having his students look at TVRI television and read the LKS book according to his subject. The methods of learning used are assignments and practices, the learning media used is a mobile phone using a whatsapp application, while the learning model is used a video. The problem students are experiencing is that they have not been able to use the whatsapp application, to send assignments, to do the problem, to understand the material, and to limit access to the Internet. In this case it takes a teacher's creativity to achieve the purpose of learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran online melalui media virtual di tengah pendemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Sample penelitian adalah guru kelas 4, 5 dan 6 yang mengajarkan IPA secara online, dan dipilih secara purposive. Peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data yang selanjutnya dianalisis dan dideskripsikan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran IPA secara online dilakukan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis virtual yaitu whatsapp dan google classroom. Adapun penerapan konsep pembelajaran online melalui media virtual di tengah pandemi covid-19 ini mengharuskan guru untuk memiliki keativitas yang tinggi dalam menyampaikan materi agar pembelajaran dapat dijalankan dengan baik serta dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui morfologi tipe talus lichen sebagai bioindikator pencemaran udara di kota Kudus. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif eksploratif dengan teknik survei. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan di sepanjang Jalan Conge-Ngembal Rejo dan Jalan Tumpang Krasak Jati yang sama-sama memiliki suhu udara yang sama dan tingkat kelembaban udara yang sama yaitu suhu udara 30° dan tingkat kelembapan udara 73%. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukan jenis lichen yang termasuk dalam family Parmeliaceae yaitu Parmeliopsis sp dengan ciri-ciri yaitu memiliki korteks atas dan bawah, seringkali terdapat rizin untuk membantu perlekatan pada substrat. Morfologi umum talus yang dijumpai dikedua lokasi, berbentuk cenderung bulat, memanjang vertikal, dan tidak beraturan. Warna morfologi umum talus yang dijumpai dikedua lokasi, berwarna hijau, putih, putih keabuan. Lichen dapat dijadikan sebagai bioindikator pencemaran udara berdasarkan kondisi yang ditimbulkan lichen terhadap kualitas udara. Dengan rendahnya kualitas udara di suatu wilayah maka tingkat keragaman lichen semakin rendah.

Abstract

Desa Rejosari Kecamatan Dawe Kabupaten Kudus merupakan sebuah wilayah yang dipadati oleh beberapa sektor industri. Disamping itu juga terdapat banyak sumber daya alam berupa jahe yang bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan olahan makanan herbal yang sangat bermanfaat bagi tubuh seperti puding jahe. Keberadaan jahe sebagai tanaman rempah-rempah, sengaja ditanam warga sekitar dan bahkan dapat tumbuh liar diberbagai kondisi tropis ternyata dapat bermanfaat sangat baik untuk tubuh jika diolah menjadi makanan seperti puding jahe. Jahe tersebut mengandung senyawa kurkumin yang berfungsi sebagai imun dalam meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh. Selain itu jahe mengandung antioksidan yang cukup tinggi sehingga bermanfaat dalam menangkal radikal bebas pada tubuh. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Rejosari untuk lebih mengenal manfaat dan potensi Jahe sebagai tanaman herbal serta memanfaatkan jahe sebagai bahan dalam membuat inovasi olahan makanan herbal berupa puding jahe yang potensial untuk dikomersilkan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yakni berupa sosialisasi dan demonstrasi melalui pelatihan langsung terhadap subjek pendampingan yakni sejumlah 15 orang anggota PKK di Desa Rejosari, Dawe Kudus. Data yang diperoleh dijelaskan secara deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil pendampingan yang dilakukan. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini secara khusus memberikan informasi mengenai ragam manfaat jahe serta pengolahan puding jahe sebagai inovasi makanan olahan rempah-rempah, dengan memberikan penjelasan mengenai tahapan proses pembuatan, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktik langsung yang hasilnya dapat memberikan pengetahuan baru dan keterampilan dalam mengolah rempah jahe khususnya bagi para penggiat PKK di Desa Rejosari Dawe Kudus. [Rejosari Village, Dawe District, Kudus Regency is an area that is crowded by several industrial sectors. In addition, there are also many natural resources in the form of ginger which can be used as a basic ingredient for making herbal foods that are very beneficial for the body such as ginger pudding. where ginger is a spice plant, deliberately planted by local residents and can even grow wild in various tropical conditions, it turns out that it can be very beneficial for the body if it is processed into food such as ginger pudding. Ginger contains curcumin compounds that function as immune in boosting the immune system. In addition, ginger contains antioxidants that are high enough so that it is useful in warding off free radicals in the body. This activity aims to assist PKK women in Rejosari Village to get to know the benefits and potential of ginger as an herbal plant and to use ginger as an ingredient in making herbal innovations in the form of ginger pudding which has the potential to be commercialized. The method used in this activity is in the form of socialization and demonstration through direct training on the subject of mentoring, namely a number of 15 PKK members in Rejosari Village, Dawe Kudus. The data obtained were described descriptively to describe the process and results of the assistance carried out. The results of this mentoring activity specifically provide information about the benefits of ginger and processing ginger pudding as an innovative spice-processed food, by providing an explanation of the stages of the manufacturing process, followed by direct practice, the results of which can provide new knowledge and skills in processing ginger spices. for PKK activists in Rejosari Dawe Kudus Village.]

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the relationship between level of knowledge on immunological materials with healthy lifestyle awareness of pre-service biology teachers. Researchers have used correlational research design with a sample of pre-service biology teacher as many as 30 randomly chosen. The instruments developed in this study of 20 multiple choice involving sub-matter of immunological system and 20 online-questionnaire distributed through survey heart app to reveal the healthy lifestyle awareness of participants. Data analysis uses statistical method of Pearson product moment and simply regression after a prerequisite test of normality, linearity and heteroscedasticity test. The results of this study reveal that coefficient correlation of the amount (0.428) means that there is a strong enough correlation between two variables, significant tests show a value of sig 0.018 <0.05. Regression tests show 0.184 determinative coefficient which means that the level of knowledge on immunological material affect to healthy lifestyle awareness by18.4%. The result provides educational implications that it will require integration of healthy lifestyle awareness as part of a character that needs to be strengthened in biology aside.

Abstract

Down syndrome is a genetic disorder caused by "nondisjunction of chromosomes" during cell division, which usually results in two copies of chromosome 21, but in down syndrome sufferers produce three copies of chromosomes to have 47 chromosomes. A lot of facts and myths about down syndrome as well as a great many pre-service biology teachers are misconceptions about down syndrome. The aim of this study is to measure the level of knowledge of pre-service biology teachers and to shed light on fact and myth down syndrome. Researchers used a descriptive method with a sample study of 30 pre-service biology teachers who were contrasting genetics courses and rigorously chosen with purposive sampling. Data is collected by the study instrument of a questionnaire with 20 questions and sent online using Google form. The result shows that the understanding of pre-service biology's teacher on facts and myth down syndrome with a low category of 3 %, a middle category of 66.7 %, and a high category of 30 %. As for the explanation of fact and myth down syndrome, it is synthesized with several scientific research sources.
