Abstract

Abstract : SPF, Kayumanis, Pomegranate, Lotions. The Sun produces ultraviolet radiation that causes damage to the skin texture, premature aging, burning skinreactions and skin cancer in exposed skin in a long period. One of the ways to protect skin from UV radiation use sunscreen lotions. Stem bark of cinnamon (Cinnamomun burmani) and pomegranate peel (Punica granatum) is known as an antioxidant activity and have a compound that is potentially as sunscreens. This research aims to know the activity of sunscreen with an SPF value of sunscreen lotions of pomegranate peel and cinnamon extract and the warming rays of the Sun and closed space. The determination of the value of the sun protection factor is done with methods of in vitro in Mansur using spectrophotometer UV-Vis. SPF Value calculated based on the Absorbance at a wavelength of 290-320 nm. The result is a non parametric Test is analyzed using MannWhitney test. Results of organoleptic the colored is yellow brown, like to emultion and shaped the distinctive, smell of cinnamon, less homogeneous, showed the value of pH5.63, dispersive power 6 cm, adhesion 1.75 seconds and viscosity 5,500 cps. Preparations that are exposed in the Sunlight showed the value of SPF 20.146 hereaspreparations stored in enclosed space showed the value of SPF 26.398. The results of statistical tests indicate that there is no difference between the SPF on reparations that are exposed to sunlight and in a closed space with alpha value > 0.05.

Abstract

Latar belakang :Menurut survey pendahuluan pada bulan Januari 2014, mahasiswa DIV Kebidanan Pendidik me- nyatakan e-learning merupakan terobosan yang bagus dalam proses pembelajaran karena dapat memanfaatkan teknologi jarak jauh dan simple bisa belajar dimana saja maupunTujuan penelitian: Mengungkap persepsi mahasiswa tentang media pembelajaran e-learning pada mata kuliah teknologi pendidikan dan media pembelajaran di Jurusan Kebidanan Poltekkes Surakarta.Metode penelitian: Menggunakan rancangan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan sampel secara purposive sampling, jenis sampling maximum variation sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik Diskusi Kelompok Terarah dan Wawancara Mendalam. Keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi.Hasil penelitian: Informan mengetahui pengertian e-learning adalah sebagai sarana pembelajaran menggunakan internet. Pada mata kuliah teknologi pendidikan dan media pembelajaran e-learning sudah mulai digunakan. Pe- nerapan e-learning belum maksimal karena kurangnya minat dan teknis penggunaan media e-learning. Manfaat e- learning bagi mahasiswa, dosen dan institusi adalah untuk memudahkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Hambatan- hambatan e-learning terdiri dari hambatan internal dan hambatan eksternal. Kerugian penggunaan e-learning tidak ada interaksi antara dosen dan mahasiswa.Simpulan: E-learning adalah media pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan internet. Penerapan e-elearning pada mata kuliah teknlogi pendidikan dan media pembelajaran belum maksimal karena kurang adanya partisipasi dan motivasi mahasiswa. Manfaat e-learning memudahkan mahasiswa, menghemat biaya, waktu yang fleksible, meningkatkan reputasi kampus. The disadvat- age of use e-learning is no interaction between faculty adn students.Conclusion: The implementation of the e-elearning in the course of education technology and instructional media is not maximized due to lack of participation and motivation of students. Benefits of e-learning if easier for students, save costs, time flexible, enhancing the reputation of the campus. Barriers to e-learning is the lack of interest of students, the admin is not competent yet, less socialization. Disadvantages of e-learning media is the lack of inter- action of faculty and students that are objective assessment only.
