Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan arsitektur sejalan dengan perkembangan masyarakat, budaya dan teknologi. Dalam pembangunan pada saat ini belum memperhatikan aspek lingkungan, dimana buruknya kondisi iklim yang mengakibatkan global warming. Sehingga muncul isu konsep sustainable yang sangat memperhatikan kehidupan masa mendatang  dan mengedepankan 3 aspek, yaitu sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan. Penerapannya di bidang arsitektur, yaitu pada site, desain, material dan struktur. Dimana setiap komponennya memiliki syarat-syarat sustainable yang dinilai dalam Greenship. Salah satunya adalah site, dimana terdapat syarat menyediakan fasilitas pedestrian yang aman, nyaman dan bebas dari perpotongan akses kendaraan bermotor untuk menghubungkan minimal 3 fasilitas umum di atas, dan atau dengan stasiun transportasi massal. Kajian fasilitas pedestrian, open space dan ruang di antara bangunan pada kawasan Cihampelas Walk bertujuan untuk mengetahui syarat sustainable pada suatu kawasan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat pembelajaran kepada masyarakat tentang teori sustainable. Kata kunci: Greenship, sustainable, pedestrian, material, Open space. Abstract Architectural development in line with the development of its society, culture and technology. In construction at the moment isn’t yet paying attention to the environmental aspects, where bad of the climatic conditions that lead to the global warming. So it appears issues of the sustainable concept which is concerned to life of the future and emphasizes three aspects of social, economic and environmental. Its application in the architecture, i.e. on site, design, materials and structures. Where in any of its components have requirements in terms of sustainable value in the Greenship benchmarks. One of them is the site, where on the terms contained of Greenship benchmarks provide pedestrian facilities that are safe, comfortable and free from the intersection of motor vehicle acces to public facilities connect at least three of the components and with the mass transport station. Study of pedestrian facilities, open space, and the space between buildings in the area of Cihampelas Walk aims to find out terms of sustainable in one area. The method used is the qualitative methods. This study is expected to provide benefits of learning to people about sustainable theories.
