Abstract

Whereas inguaranteeing the validity of the data the authors use credibility, transferability,dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study: 1. The function of theAl-Musannif Mosque as a Da'wah practice, namely Da'wah activities such asroutine recitation and sermons, as the practice of taklim wa taklum namely as aplace of learning and teaching such as reciting Maghrib, as a practice of dhikr andworship which is a center of practice of dhikr and worship like pray five times aday one night, and as a Wisdom Practice that is serving the community. 2 Thereligious education program is a routine recitation for fathers and mothers, themidday prayer and recitation, the recitation maghrib program for teenagers andchildren. 3. Those involved in religious education at the Al-Musannif Mosque areall elements of management, both the Foundation and the Congregation of the AlMusannifMosque. 4. Factors that support the Al-Musannif mosque program arethe Chairperson of the Foundation, the Community, Management elements andcleaning of the Al-Musannif Mosque. 5. There are no inhibiting factors.

Abstract

Kajian ini menganalisis peran legislator Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) dalam dinamika legislasi Hukum Keluarga Islam (HKI) di Parlemen Indonesia, yang dipandang sebagai arena kontestasi ideologi yang intens. Berakar dari ideologi Gerakan Tarbiyah, PKS secara konsisten berupaya menginstitusionalisasi nilai-nilai fiqh tradisional dan moralitas konservatif ke dalam hukum positif nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis politik-hukum dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan menguji inisiatif legislasi dan respons politik PKS terhadap rancangan undang-undang utama. Temuan-temuan menunjukkan bahwa agenda PKS termanifestasi melalui dua strategi utama: Pertama, inisiasi eksplisit terhadap Rancangan Undang-Undang Ketahanan Keluarga (RUU KKG) yang kontroversial, yang bertujuan mengintervensi ruang privat, mengatur peran domestik istri, dan mengkriminalisasi "penyimpangan seksual" (termasuk homoseksual dan masokisme). Kedua, penolakan selektif terhadap RUU Tindak Pidana Kekerasan Seksual (RUU TPKS), menuntut perluasan RUU tersebut menjadi undang-undang komprehensif tentang Tindak Pidana Kesusilaan untuk memaksakan kriminalisasi "seks bebas" dan "seks menyimpang" non-kekerasan. Pada akhirnya, PKS memanfaatkan legislasi HKI sebagai platform utama untuk mengukuhkan identitas politiknya sebagai penjaga moralitas keluarga Islami, dan berhasil menetapkan narasi yang menekan faksi politik lain agar terlibat dalam wacana konservatifnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Value Added Tax (VAT) compensation mechanism at PT. Saudara Sukses Sejahtera. The research adopts an applied method, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data. Empirical evidence was collected through direct observation, interviews with company personnel, and documentation review, including tax invoices and VAT Periodic Tax Returns from Juni to September 2024. The data analysis focused on the calculation procedures, reporting processes, and the alignment of the applied compensation method with existing tax regulations. The finding reveal that the company correctly executed the VAT compensation by reallocating the August overpayment to the September tax period, effectively reducing the tax burden in that month. Although the procedures followed were in compliance with current regulations, a technical limitation was identified the company still uses the e-Faktur system, while the Directorate General of Taxes has transitioned to the Coretax platform. This research offers platform. This research offers practical insights that may serve as a useful reference for other businesses seeking to implement VAT compensation mechanisms accurately and in accordance with applicable tax law
