Abstract

This research aims to analyze effect from human development index (HDI), dependency ratio, open unemployment rate to poverty is partially and simultaneously. Data used in research is secondary data are poverty, human development index (HDI), dependency ratio, open unemployment rate overall in percentage (%)., with used analyze of multiple linier regression methode. This result is human development index (HDI), dependency ratio, open unemployment rate have a effect to partially and simultaneously to poverty.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the extent to which digital marketing was adopted by Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In addition, it also analyzes the factors that influence the use of digital marketing channels in MSMEs. This study is qualitative research that explores individual perceptions. The data collection method used structured interviews. The object of this research is MSMEs in the city of Surabaya. Determination of the research sample using the purposive sampling technique. Digital marketing has a positive impact on the marketing activities of MSMEs. The perceived positive impact is in terms of flexibility and efficiency. With digital marketing, marketing activities can be done anywhere and without bringing products to be shown to consumers. This is very helpful for MSMEs in their marketing activities. Digital marketing can also reduce the costs incurred for marketing activities. However, digital marketing requires an internet connection, and respondents stated that the expenses incurred were for internet quotas or internet subscriptions.

Abstract

Indonesia's economic growth contracted 0.7% because it was influenced by the Covid-19 pandemic, this study examines the potential and contribution of banks in improving Indonesia's economic conditions during the pandemic. The banking sector is one sector that greatly influences the rate of economic growth of a country and banking has great potential to develop more rapidly in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative methods and uses panel data with a sample of 18 business sectors in Indonesia with a time span of 2018 to 2021. The variables in this study are GDP, Loan Interest Rates and Commercial Bank Loans with this calculation using the EViews 9 analysis tool by testing hypothesis and classical assumption test, it is hoped that the variables used in the study support banking in the economic sector affected by COVID-19 and have an insignificant effect and have a positive relationship in supporting the acceleration of economic growth and overcoming the prolonged impact.
