Abstract

Terdapat perbedaan pandangan dari beberapa ahli tentang apa itu, objek, kajian dari Ilmu Pemerintahan. Pada umumnya, Ilmu Pemerintahan dikenal sebagai ilmu yang mempelajari tentang hubungan pemerintah dengan yang diperintah. Kajian secara filsafat ini mencoba menjawab itu semua. Dengan melihat Ilmu Pemerintahan melalui landasan ontologi, landasan epistemologi, dan landasan aksiologi akan diperoleh kahekat dari Ilmu Pemerintahan secara utuh

Abstract

The provision of accessibility of the street pavement in Bandung City for the blind person are still not in accordance with needs and conditions. The theory of service used proposed by Sinambela (2008). According to him, there are six indicator of public service quality, namely: transparancy, accountability, condition, participation, sameness of right and the equal of right and abigation. And focus in this research just on transparancy. The method used is a qualitative research method with descriptive analysis. The results showed that in the tranparancy on quality service to providing acces pavement for the blind person in Bandung City in term of the openness in communication that Bandung City Government done. And in term of the openness in sosialization program for the blind person.

Abstract

Penyediaan aksebilitas trotoar jalan bagi penyandang disabilitas merupakan salah satu tugas Pemerintah Kota Bandung dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada trotoar di Jalan Ir.H.Djuanda, yang dikenal juga dengan Jalan Dago. Jalan Ir.H.Djuanda merupakan salah satu icon Kota Bandung. Fokus penelitian ini pada aspek tangible dalam pelayanan yang telah dilakukan Pemerintah Kota Bandung dalam penyediaan akses trotoar jalan bagi penyandang disabilitas tuna netra.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif (qualitative research) dengan pendekatan case study dengan analisa deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemerintah Kota Bandung melakukan revitalisasi terhadap trotoar di Kota Bandung, termasuk trotoar di Jalan Ir. H.Djuanda pada tahun 2016. Namun revitalisasi ini tidak dilakukan pada seluruh trotoar Jalan Ir. H.Djuanda. revitalisasi difokuskan pada trotoar Jalan Ir.H.Djuanda mulai dari perempatan Jalan Ir.H.Djuanda-Jalan Dipati Ukur sampai dengan perempatan Jalan Ir.H.Djuanda-Jalan REE.Martadinata. Sedangkan trotoar Jalan Ir.H.Djuanda dari Terminal Dago sampai Pasar Simpang Dago tidak dilakukan revitalisasi, sehingga kondisinya memprihatinkan. Sedangkan untuk trotoar yang telah mengalami revitalisasi kondisinya sangat baik. Fasilitas yang tersedia sangat lengkap. Demikian pula dengan fasilitas aksebilitas trotoar bangi penyandang disabilitas tunanetra

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the innovations that have been carried out by the Bandung City Government in population services during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This innovation is part of the bureaucratic reform of the Bandung City Government in an effort to improve public services. From this research, it will be known the efforts that have been made by the Bandung City Government in providing population services to the community during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

A tourism village is a rural area that has a special allure and is able to bring visits to tourists where more specifically a tourist village is bound by strong cultural values and traditional characteristics. When a village has been agreed upon, proclaimed as a "Tourist Village" the village should have the potential to be attractive with the characteristics of a non-urban village. These characteristics will be represented by traditional life and the uniqueness that surrounds it. The purpose of this writing is to find out the strategy of the Regional Government in empowering tourist villages. This is a form of village tourism empowerment carried out by the local government to improve the economy and maintain village wisdom. In this study, researchers used the library study method accompanied by an elaboration analysis of government regulations or policies regarding village tourism. Villages in the world of tourism certainly have their potential, including the natural wealth of the mountains or villages with the wealth of the sea, in terms of culture to history, all of which are present in the body of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. This research uses a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. According to Moleong, qualitative methods include document observation, or literature search. The results of the study show that in the process of development or tourism village development, the village government is the main party responsible so that the community can be involved, through a regulatory strategy that has been prepared by the village government.
