NegaraRIyang lahir setelah PD II ialah mencoba untuk ikut serta menerapkan model negara demokrasi yang sesuai dengan kepribadianIndonesia. Hal tersebut dalam Sila IV Pancasila yang kemudian terwujud dalam Pasal 1 ayat (2) UUD 1945. Sistem demokrasi RI dalam perkembangan telah dilaksanakan demokrasi liberal, parlementer dan terpimpin kemudian demokrasi Pancasila yang sesuai dengan falsafah bangsaIndonesiayakni Pancasila.

Abstract

Democracy of Pancasila as the realization of way of life, forming a group of community and state of Indonesian society, is a more concrete explanation of the Fifth Paragraph of Pancasila. Democracy of Pancasila Implementation combined with Pancasila ideology can be divided into unwritten basic law, systems of National Developmental Program (Propenas), and the subsequent activities, and more dominantly, systems of state decision making.

Abstract

As a modern democracy state that was born after the World War II, Indonesia should guarantee the enforcement of human right on politics for the society. Therefore constitutional development of Indonesia are demanded to be able to follow the era development. It can be done by doing amendment on Paragraph 28 of Constitution 1945 of Year 2000 as a second amendment. The amendment reflects Indonesia point of view that are more modern and open in organizing the human right on the constitution as an explanation of advance point of view on human right for sure.

Abstract

Press freedom is implementation of people sovereignty and democratic country In a law based democratic country such as Indonesia, human rights must be consistently implemented especially in absolute rights, i.c. civil and politics rights. Politics rights in the context of human rights include freedom to give opinion, written and oral, which will be the basic of press freedom that has been regulated in UU no. 40, 1999.
