Abstract

Motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. AXA Financial Indonesia, ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari a = 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,514. Motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. AXA Financial Indonesia, ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi t sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari a = 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,475. Motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. AXA Financial Indonesia, ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi F sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari a = 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) dan mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 64,3%.
