The title of this research is a typology Residents Housing Development Zone Suburbs Pekanbaru (Phenomenon Pekansikawan) .Penelitian aims to determine (1) How Occupants Characteristics Housing Development Zone Suburbs Pekanbaru. (2) What factors are affecting the occupants preferences in choosing Housing Housing Development Zone Suburbs Pekanbaru. The subjects were all residents in the Griya Sakti Km-9 subdistricts Tapung Kampar regency. The population in this research were 604 houses, the number of samples taken 61 people. Samples were taken with strafied proportionate random sampling technique. This research was conducted in a suburban area of Pekanbaru Precisely at Griya Sakti-9 Km Desa Indah Karya Tapung District of Kampar regency. The reasons to vote for a residential housing is the furthest to the facilities is still low, but many devotees. This research method is quantitative descriptive and quantitative associative. To collect data the researchers used questionnaires and documentation.The chi square test results showed that the behavioral variables influence consumer preference (priority) occupants with indicators that influence the personal factors (economy) and psychological factors (motivation pekansikawan, live better perception). X2 made natural factors affect the occupant preferences are personal factors (personal place and breeding ground for children and investments) and offers developers (credit prices stable and dp (money first) costKeywords: consumer behavior, natural and artificial factors, preferences

Child is the most beautiful gift given by Allah. But sometimes some children look different from most children, such as those with mental disabilities. Tunagrahita is a mental disorder that occurs in someone who has an IQ below the average. Some mentally retartded children have the opportunity to get the same education and achievement as children in general. One of them is in the new supervisory state Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Pembina Pekanbaru. In this case the teacher and the parents are very instrumental in supporting a success and development that occurs to them as well as achieving an achievement and the sosialization that is held. Then this study aims to find out how much cooperation teachers and parents have in improving a achievement of tunagrahita children in foreign Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Pembina Pekanbaru. The research method used is a quqlitative method. The theory in this study consists of McClland’s theory of needs and Mead’s self development sosialization. In this study the number of informants was 5 people. Data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are to see the success of teachers and parents in achiving achievements of tunagrahita children and can be seen by the public that children who have limitations also have more achievements to pround of like children in general.Keywords: Teachers, parents, achievements, tuagrahita children, socialization

This research was conducted at Kelurahan Tebing Tinggi Okura Kecamatan Rumbai Pesisir Kota Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of married couples at an early age Kelurahan Tebing Tinggi Okura. The focus of this study is the implementation of family functions in married couples early age at Kelurahan Tebing Tinggi Okura. The technique of determining samples in a purposive sampling and determining the number of samples as many as 9 couples who married early age. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and Instrument data is observation, interview and documentation. From the research conducted, the authors found that the characteristics of married couples at an early age Kelurahan Tebing Tinggi Okura Are as follows: Research subjects average married at the age of 14-16 years, Research conducted found that the subjects of the average study gave birth to their first child at the age of 15-17 years, the research subjects encountered had a child. Only a pair of research subjects who have two children, Age of the first child in married couples early on average is 5-6 years. Implementation of family functions in the family of married couples early age is the function of Education, Husband considers the child's education is the responsibility of the wife and vice versa. Socialization Function, all study subjects admitted to have expected socialization of their child. Function of Protection, the subject pair applied protection in the form of affection and mutual understanding among fellow family members. Affection function, in giving love of married couple early very careful to all consequence that will be faced. Religious Functions, the subject of research still throwing at each other tasks to give the right of children in religious. Economic Functions, Income that is not sufficient according to the wife for life for days often reap the quarrel in married couples early age. Function Recreation, every family member get comfort from both parties both wife and husband.
