Abstract

Artikel ini mendeskripsikan peran pentingnya strategi penggalangan dana dalam dunia perguruan tinggi yang dominan di praktekkan di Universitas Amerika dalam menbackup strategi pengembangan kampus. Kesuksesan dalam penggalangan dana juga di kaitkan dengan ketepatan strategi perencanaan yang di terapkan. Penelitian ini juga mendeskripsikan penerapan penerapan strategi terkini dalam penggalangan dana yang di implementasikan di berbagai perguruan tinggi Amerika, yang diharapkan bisa di terapkan di dalam pengembangan perguruan tinggi di Aceh. Hasil dari artikel ini, menyarankan para perencana strategis dalam dunia perguruan tinggi untuk mempertimbangkan ketersediaan dana terutama ketika memutuskan membangun kampus baru, penyediaan bantuan keuangan untuk mahasiswa, perekrutan dan mempertahankan dosen, dan menjamin terciptanya kesehatan keuangan yang stabil untuk masa depan kampus melalui penggalangan dana abadi. This article describes the importance of the role of fundraising strategies in the world of higher educations dominant practice at the American University in menbackup campus development strategy. Success in fundraising also associate with the precision planning strategies were implemented. The study also describes the implementation of the application of the latest in fundraising strategies being implemented at various American universities, which are expected to be applied in the development of universities in Aceh. The results of this article suggest the strategic planners in the worlds universities to consider the availability of funds, especially when deciding to build a new campus, providing financial aid for students, recruiting and retaining faculty, and ensuring the creation of a stable financial health for the future of the campus through perpetual fundraising . Abstract

Keberadaan tenaga kerja unggul dalam sebuah perguruan tinggi menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan kampus dalam jangka panjang. Karyawan atau staff pengajar yang unggul bisa menjadikan nilai competitive bagi sebuah perguruan tinggi, di mana para pesaing sulit untuk meniru keunggulan tersebut dalam jangka pendek. Oleh karena itu, dalam article ini menjelaskan model dan kebijakan perkrutan karyawan dalam industri perguruan tinggi Amerika, terutama untuk tenaga pengajar dari golongan minoritas.. Disamping itu, artikel ini juga menjelaskan hubungan positif yang di kaitkan dengan aspek hukum  dalam bidang ketenaga kerjaan dengan process seleksi tenaga pengajar dari golongan minoritas.yang di harapkan bisadi implementasikan dalam dunia perguruan tinggiAceh.     The existence of labor excel in a college campus become the benchmark of success in the long run. Employees and faculty can make superior competitive value for a college, where the competitors is difficult to replicate these advantages in the short term. Therefore, in this article describes the models and policies perkrutan employees in American college industry, especially for teachers from minority groups .. Abstract

Dalam sebuah kampus, visi dan misi yang aspiratif dan realistis sangatlah penting dalam menyatukan pandangan dan energi semua stake holder dalam mewujudkan institusi perguruan tinggi yang diharapkan pada masa datang. Visi dan Misi merupakan bagian integral yang penting dalam sebuah rencana starategi untuk bisa diimajinasikan, baik oleh mahasiswa, dosen dan stakeholder lainya supaya segala aktivitas mereka bisa sejalan dengan baik.  Oleh karena itu, artikel ini mengeksplorasi tentang pernyataan visi dan misi yang di implementasikan dalam dunia perguruan tinggi. Hal penting ini dikembangkan untuk menghasilkan dampak bagi perguruan tinggi yang bersangkutan.  Pernyataan visi dan misi yang efektif harus menjadi bagian inti dalam sebuah perencanaan strategis  universitas yang dapat dijadikan rujukan bagi setiap unit kerja untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan lebih khsus. Abstract

Keberadaan sumber daya manusia yang unggul di sebuah universitas di percaya dapat menciptkan keunggulan kompetitif bagi sebuah universitas. Keunggulan tersebut sangat sulit di tiru oleh pesaing pesaing dalam jangka pendek.Oleh karena itu, artikel ini membahas beberapa aspek penting dalam penilain kinerja karyawan yang umumnya di implementasikan dalam dunia perusahaan,kemudian disesuaikan untuk di terapkan di dalam dunia perguruan tinggi. Artikel ini juga menyarankan Unsyiah memodel penilain kinerja  SDM nya seperti yang telah sukses di implementasikan banyak perguruan tinggi berpengaruh di Amerika. Institusi perguruan tinggi di harapkan secara regular memperbaiki sistem penilaian kinerja SDM nya untuk meningkatkan keobyektifan dalam pengevaluasi human capitalnya secara regular. Sistem evaluasi tersebut diharapkan tidak hanya  berfokus pada kebutuhan administrative, melainkan juga untuk pengembangan staff pengajarnya. Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan masa depan universitas swasta dan negeri adalah kemampuan manajemen atau pimpinan institusi tersebut  dalam memformulasi  desain perencanaan strategis yang realistis dan inspiratif untuk untuk dicapai, di samping komitmen pimpinan institusi melaksanakan strategi tersebut. Dengan adanya perencanaan strategis yang baik,  pimpinan kampus mempunyai landasan berpijak dalam memimpin sebuah universitas yang dipimpin. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini membahas beberapa aspek penting dalam (strategic planning) yang umum diterapkan dalam dunia akademik. Abstract

Salah satu factor yang mempengaruhi kesehatan institusi perguruan tinggI atau institusi bisnis lainyan dalam jangka panjang sangat di tentukan dengan tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang kompeten.  Keunikan dari keunggulan SDM yang di punyai organisasi merupkan fondasi utama sebuah institusi untuk memacu kinerja organisasi lebih baik secara berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikiranya di menemukan model perekrutan yang efektif sesuai dengan yang cocok dengan kultur organisasi tersebut, yang di harapkan untuk menjaring tenaga yang bernilai tambah bagi organisasi.  Oleh karena it, E- Recriting yang di gambarkan dalam article adalah salah satu model yang popular yang banyak di terapkan di banyak instititusi dan public dan swasta, di mana peneliti mengunakan survey literature review terkini yang di kombinasikan dengan  in-depth interview dalam menggambarkan keefektifan E- Recruiting, dimana salah satu hasil menunjukan adanya dampak positif dari perekrutan tenaga kerja melalui internet dalam memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan  dalam mendapatkan karyawan yang tepat dan efisien.
