Abstract

Manajemen pelabuhan yang belum sesuai standard target memicu persoalan muncul manakala percepatan pelayanan di pelabuhan yang kini menjadi sorotan penting yang menimbulkan dwelling time yang masih lama yaitu 6 hari belum sesuai target operasi pemerintah yaitu 4,7 hari. Buruknya manajemen pelabuhan ini menimbulkan masalah kemacetan arus logistik barang yang disebut dwelling time. Definisi dwelling time adalah waktu yang dihitung mulai dari sautu peti kemas yang diangkut oleh kapal tiba di pelabuhan lalu petikemas (container) dibongkar dan diangkat dari kapal sampai petikemas tersebut meninggalkan terminal pelabuhan melalui pintu utama. Adapun proses dwelling time di pelabuhan terbagi atas tiga tahap, yaitu pre-customs clearance, customs clearance, dan post-customs clearance. Pre-customs clearance adalah proses pengangkutan petikemas dari kapal dan dilanjutkan peletakan petikemas di tempat penimbunan sementara (TPS) pelabuhan hingga melakukan persiapan dokumen pemberitahuan impor barang (PIB). Untuk mengetahui penyebab akar permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi  diperlukan analisis risiko Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) atau analisa pohon kegagalan diamana akan dapat diketahui akar penyebab terjadinya suatu permasalahan. Sedangkan Metode Delphi adalah proses pemberian strategi rekomendasi. Berdasarkan hasil Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) dan Metode Delphi dirumuskan bahwa Pre-Customs Clearance menjadi masalah dominan menurut pakar dikarenakan angka mean yang rata-rata berada diatas nilai 4. Maka perumusan strategi di fokuskan pada Pre-Customs Clearance dengan tujuan penyelesaian dan pencegahan masalah sehingga proses yang berlangsung pada system operasioanal bongkar muat di pelabuhan diharapka dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan optimal.  AbstractAnalysis of the causes of not achieving the goal dwelling time using fault tree analysis method. Port management is not available standard problem when a target triggers the acceleration of service at the port that is now in the spotlight important cause is still a long dwelling time is 6 days does not meet the target of government operations at 4.7 days. Poor management of the port is causing congestion problems logistic flow of goods called dwelling time. The definition of dwelling time is the time that is calculated from a container transported by the ship arrived in port and container (container) dismantled and removed from the container ship to leave the port terminals through the main door. As for the dwelling time in port is divided into three stages is pre-customs clearance, customs clearance, and post-customs clearance. Pre-customs clearance is the process of transporting the containers from the ship and continued placement of containers in a temporary reservoir (TPS) port to perform document preparation imported goods notification (PIB). To find the root cause of the problems that occur required risk analysis Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) or fault tree analysis which will be known root cause of a problem. While the Delphi method is a process of strategy recommendations. Based on the results Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and the Delphi method is formulated that Pre-Customs Clearance become a dominant issue by experts because of the numbers game that is above average grades 4. The formulation of a strategy focused on Pre-Customs Clearance with the goal of completion and prevention of problems so that the process that takes place in the system of loading and unloading at the port Operational mod can run smoothly and optimally.

Abstract

Aktivitas pemesanan bahan-bahan kimia untuk komposisi bahan baku menyebabkan ketidakoptimalan proses produksi “alkyd 9937” di PT. Pardic Jaya Chemical, karena memerlukan banyak pekerja untuk aktivitas bongkar muat, penyortiran barang kiriman, dan lain lain. Selain itu, biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk melakukan pemesanan cukup besar, yaitu sebesar Rp 700.000,- yang terdiri dari biaya shipping dan biaya tracking. Terdapat juga biaya simpan sebesar Rp. 50,- per kilogram. Sebagai langkah perbaikan, PT. Pardic Jaya Chemical melakukan penelitian tentang teknik lot sizing untuk menentukan ukuran lot pesan dan interval pemesanan dengan menggunakan teknik lotting single level dengan kapasitas tak terbatas. Teknik lot sizing yang digunakan antara lain LFL, EOQ, FOQ, POQ, FPR, PPB, LTC, LUC, dan AWW. Dari perhitungan dengan teknik lot sizing tersebut dapat dihasilkan total biaya yang terkait dengan biaya pesan dan biaya simpan. Dari perbandingan total biaya tersebut, dapat dipilih teknik lot sizing single level dengan biaya terkecil yaitu dengan teknik lot sizing WWA (Wagner Within Algorithm). Dengan menggunakan teknik ini, total biaya menurut perhitungan adalah Rp. 6.239.000,-, sehingga total biaya dapat tereduksi sebesar Rp. 2.161.000 untuk satu periode selama 12 bulan. Abstract(LOTTING AND INTERVAL ORDER ANALYSIS IN SUPPLY CONTROL OF TRI PRODUCT AS A RAW MATERIAL FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ALKYD 9937 IN PT. PARDIC JAYA CHEMICAL) Procurement activity of chemical materials as the key ingredient of the main product can lead to a not optimal production process of “alkyd 9937” at PT. Pardic Jaya Chemical. One of the issue is in the scope of human resource that the company needs in loading & unloading process, inspection, and other activities. Furthermore, the procurement cost is not cheap, at a nominal of Rp 700.000,- consisting of shipping and tracking cost. Moreover, there is also inventory cost at a rate of Rp 50,- per kilogram. To that end, PT. Pardic Jaya Chemical is conducting a research about lot sizing technique with unlimited capacity. The lot sizing technique that are used are LFL, EOQ, FOQ, POQ, FPR, PPB, LTC, LUC, and AWW. The total cost is resulted after doing the calculation, considering also the order and inventory cost. After compiling all the result, we can compare the result and then pick the lot sizing single level techniques with the lowest cost. All things considered, WWA (Wagner Within Algorithm) techniques is the one with lowest cost, at a nominal of Rp. 6.239.000,-, resulting in a cost reduction of Rp 2.161.000,- for a period of 12 months.

Abstract

PT. Pardic Jaya Chemical memiliki banyak permintaan dari banyak produk yang dibuatnya karena merupakan salah satu supplier bahan-bahan kimia untuk banyak perusahaan lain. Salah satu produk yang dibuat oleh PT. Pardic Jaya Chemical ialah BS-PRC. Berdasarkan  data error antara demand dan perencanaan produksi dapat diketahui bahwa tingkat error sangat fluktuatif. Perusahaan terkadang harus menyimpan inventory yang cukup banyak sehingga gudang akan sangat penuh dalam waktu yang cukup lama. Tetapi pada perusahaan ini sudah menerapkan bahwa tidak boleh adanya inventory. Dilain waktu perusahaan harus kehilangan peluang penjualan karena kekurangan stok produk. Kelebihan inventory ataupun kekurangan stok, keduanya akan menyebabkan kerugian bagi perusahaan. Maka peramalan permintaan akan dilakukan dengan metode time series menggunakan software WIN QSB, agar dapat mengetahui pola demand serta dapat melakukan peramalan permintaan dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dari data historis produk BS-PRC, peramalan yang tepat ialah dengan metode SEST. Dimana Nilai u-theil dari metode SEST sebesar 0,87.    Abstract The titled of this research is Proposal of production forecasting uses time series method in BS-PRC product PT. Pardic Jaya Chemical. PT. Pardic Jaya Chemical has many demand from many products are made because it is one supplier of chemicals. One of the products made by PT. Pardic Jaya Chemical is BS-PRC. Based on the data error between demand and production planning can be seen that the error rate is very fluctuative. Companies sometimes have to store inventory that quite a lot so the barn will be full in a long time. But the company is already applying that should not be any inventory. Another time companies have lost sales opportunities due to lack of stock products. Excess inventory or out of stock, both of which will cause disavantages to the company. Then forecasting the demand made by the method of time series using the software WIN QSB, in order to determine the chart of demand and good for forecasting demand. Based on the methode of processing the forecasting from history data BS-PRC product, the best forecasting is SEST method with u-theil 0,87.

Abstract

PT. Solo Murni merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur perlengkapan alat tulis. PT. Solo Murni selalu mengedepankan kualitas produknya, hal ini ditempuh dengan cara melakukan pengendalian kualitas proses produksi di seluruh lapisan tahapan prosesnya. Dalam proses produksinya, PT. Solo Murni masih mengalami hambatan berupa sering terjadinya cacat pada produk gift box. Cacat pada produk gift box bermacam-macam, seperti pond pecah, pond tidak putus, bekas lem, lipatan tidak simetri, dan sobek. Cacat dominan yang paling berpengaruh dan menyebabkan reject adalah cacat pond pecah. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, perusahaan perlu menerapkan pengendalian kualitas. Pengendalian kualitas dilakukan dengan cara mengidentifikasi jenis cacat pada produk dan mengatasi penyebab cacat pada produk. Tujuan dilakukannya pengendalian kualitas ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya produk cacat dan meminimalisir terjadinya produk cacat sehingga produk sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan dapat dijual ke konsumen. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Six Sigma. Tingkat kecacatan produk gift box sebesar 23419 DPMO. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam satu juta produk yang dihasilkan akan terdapat 23419 buah produk yang cacat. Level sigma yang dihasilkan adalah 3,71 σ. AbstractQuality control analysis of gift box product using six sigma method is applied on PT. Solo Murni. PT. Solo Murni is a company which involved in manufacturing stationary. PT. Solo Murni always put the quality for its products,  it is reached by doing quality control throughout the production process in all stages. In the production process, PT. Solo Murni still encounter obstacles in the form of frequent occurrence of defects in the product named gift box. Defects in gift box are broken pond, not break up pond, former glue, no symmetry folds, and tear. The most influential dominant defect and cause of the rejection is broken pond. To overcome this obastacle, a company needs to implement quality control. Quality control is done by identifying the type of defects in the product and addressing the causes of defects in the products. The purpose of doing the quality control is to determine the factors that cause the occurrence of product defects and minimize the occurrence of defective products so that the products conform to the spesifications and can be sold to consumers. The method that used in this study is Six Sigma. Defect rate of gift box is 23419 dpmo. This value indicates that in one million products produced, there will be 23419 pieces of defective products. The resulting sigma level is 3,71 σ.

Abstract

Proyek pada umumnya memiliki batas waktu (deadline), artinya proyek harus diselesaikan sebelum atau tepat pada waktu yang telah ditentukan. Pada proyek pengerjaan Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) yang dilakukan oleh PT.Indospec, terjadi keterlambatan selama 9 minggu, mulai dari minggu ke 44 hingga minggu ke 52, dimana pada minggu ke 52 plan berada pada persentase 87.40% dan actual berada pada persentase 33.53%. Hal ini membuat perusahaan merasa perlu melakukan evaluasi kinerja proyek agar dapat diketahui kinerja dalam penyelesaian proyek dan faktor keterlambatan,dengan menggunakan metode Earned Value Analysis (EVA) dan menggunakan metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Hasil dari perhitungan EVA menunjukkan tidak adanya penambahan dari rencana biaya, namun terjadi keterlambatan dalam waktu penyelesaian. Material Dipesan Belum Jadi, Terlambat Pengiriman, Tidak Ada Gudang, Penyesuaian Biaya, Perubahan Material, Perubahan Fungsi, Arsitektur, Struktur menjadi penyebab utama dalam keterlambatan proyek. Koordinasi yang baik dan persiapan yang matang dalam pengerjaan proyek sangat penting agar keterlambatan dalam proyek dapat dihindari.    AbstractProjects generally have a time limit (deadline), meaning that the project must be completed before or right at a predetermined time. In construction projects Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) conducted by PT.Indospec, there is a lateness for 9 weeks, starting from week 44 through week 52, where at week 52 the plan percentage is at 87.40% and the actual percentage is at 33.53%. This makes the company feel the need to evaluate the performance of the project, in order to know the performance in completion of projects and the lateness factor, using Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and using Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). The results of the EVA calculation showed no increase of cost plans, but there is a delay in the completion time. Material Booked Unfinished, Late Delivery, No Warehouse, Cost Adjustment, Changes in Material, Changes in Functional, Architectural, Structural, a major cause in the lateness of the project. Good coordination and preparation of the project is very important in order to avoid lateness in the project.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi saat ini sudah menjadikan konsep kampus hijau sebagai tujuan utama sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang berwawasan lingkungan serta memiliki peran penting dalam melindungi lingkungan di masa depan. Di Indonesia khususnya dikota Semarang, terdapat 2 (dua) universitas negeri yang masuk dalam program UI Green Metric ini, yaitu Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) dan Universitas Negri Semarang (UNNES).Permasalahan yang dimaksud di sini adalah dikarenakan ranking UNNES di UI Green Metric di tahun 2014 lebih baik dibandingkan peringkat UNDIP apakah memang mengindikasikan mahasiswa di UNNES lebih memiliki persepsi tentang pengetahuan dan komitmen yang tinggi terhadap campus sustainability dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa di UNDIP. Apabila memang benar, berarti memang  terdapat korelasi antara pengetahuan dan komitmen mahasiswa terhadap visi pihak kampus menuju campus sustainability, ataukah memang terjadi kesenjangan antara pengetahuan dan komitmen untuk melakukan kegiatan pro-lingkungan kedua universitas tersebut. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan persepsi yang signifikan tentang persepsicampus sustainability antara mahasiswa UNDIP dan UNNES adalahdengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 165 mahasiswa UNDIP dan 165 mahasiswa UNNES. Hasil survey menyimpulkan bahwa persepsi tentang campus sustainability mahasiswa UNDIP memang masih dibawah UNNES. Untuk mengidentifikasi memahami akar penyebab masalahrendahnya minat dan pengetahuan mahasiswa terhadap campus sustainabilitydi UNDIP dibutuhkan tool problem solvingyaitu dengan menggunakan metode Root Cause Analysis (RCA) dengan teknik Fault Tree Anlysis.       Abstract               Analysis Of The College Students Perception Of Campus Sustainability In Pro Environmental Practices At Campus Environtment Using FTA Method, now current college campus has made the concept of green as a primary purpose as an educational institution with environmental concept and has an important role in protecting the environment in the future. In Indonesia, especially in the city of Semarang, there are two (2) state universities were included in the program's UI Green Metric, that is University of Diponegoro (Diponegoro University) and the State University of Semarang (UNNES). The problem here is because the ranking UNNES in UI Green Metric in 2014 better than the ratings UNDIP whether it indicates more students in UNNEShave a better own perception of knowledge and commitment to campus sustainability compared with students in UNDIP. If it is true, then indeed there is a correlation between students' knowledge and commitment to the vision of the campus to campus sustainability, or there is a gap between knowledge and commitment to pro-environmental activities of the two universities. To find significant differences in perceptions about campus sustainability perception between students and UNNES and UNDIP is by distributing questionnaires to 165 studentsUNDIP and 165 students UNNES. The survey results conclude that perceptions of campus sustainability UNDIP students is still under UNNES. To identify the root cause of a problem understanding the low interest and knowledge of students on campus sustainability in UNDIP required problem solving tool that is using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with Fault Tree anlysis techniques

Abstract

 Seperti yang disebutkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No.159b/MENKES/PER/II/1988-pasal 1 bahwa rumah sakit didefinisikan sebagai sarana upaya kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan kegiatan pelayanan kesehatan serta dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pendidikan tenaga kesehatan dan penelitian. RSND dibangun berdasarkan UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2013 tentang Pendidikan Kedokteran yang menyebutkan bahwa setiap universitas yang memiliki fakultas kedokteran harus dilengkapi dengan rumah sakit pendidikan untuk memfasilitasi praktek kedokteran para mahasiswanya . Aktif beroprasi sejak 15 September 2014, RSND menemui beberapa masalah terkait jumlah pasien yang datang. Oleh karena itu akan dilakukan proses perencanaan strategi pemasaran menggunakan proses STP dan analisa Marketing Mix, metode Delphi dan metode MAUT untuk pemilihan strategi pemasaran yang akan direkomendasikan. Sebelum dilakukan proses STP dan analisa marketing mix, dilakukan proses pencarian faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan berobat masyarakat umum. Proses pencarian faktor yang berpengaruh ini dilakukan dengan alat bantu kuesioner dengan menggunakan atribut turunan dari marketing mix yaitu product, price, place dan promotion. Kuesioner ini disebar kepada masyarakat sekitar Semarang atas dengan responden sebanyak 100 responden. Setelah proses pengolah kuesioner selesai diketahui bahwa terdapat 5 faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan berobat di rumah sakit bagi masyarakat umum dan RSND sudah memiliki ke-5 faktor tersebut. Dari hasil proses perancangan strategi pemasaran menggunakan metode delphi didapatkan 10 rancangan strategi pemasaran . Setelah itu strategi pemasaran akan diurutkan berdasarkan indeks biaya, waktu, infrastruktur dan pendapat ahli untuk menentukan prioritas strategi pemasaran yang akan direkomendasikan kepada RSND. Pada proses tersebut dilibatkan 3 anggota direksi RSND dan menghasilkan 8 strategi pemasaran yang dapat dan layak direkomendasikan kepada RSND.   ABSTRACTAs mentioned in the Indonesian Health Minister Regulation No 159b/MENKES/PER/II/1988-section 1 that the hospital is defined as a health facility thatperform health services and can be used for health education and research. RSND built based on UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2013on Medical Education which states that every University which has a faculty of medicine should be equipped with hospitals to provide medical students’s training. Actively operating since Sept. 15, 2014, RSND encountered several problems due to the low number of patient. Therefore, this researchwill be using the STP and Marketing Mix Analysis for marketing planning strategies, and the Delphi method and the MAUT method for selecting marketing strategy recommendation. Before processing STP and marketing mix, this research is looking for factor which affect treatment decision of the community. The process was done by using a questionnaire from marketing mix attributes,which is product, price, place and promotion. This questionnaire was spread to 100 respondentsfrom‘Semarang Atas’ community. After processing the questionnaire, we know that there are 5 factors which affect treatment desicion in a hospital and we know that RSND has all of it.From marketing strategy planning using Delphi method we got 10 marketing strategy. Then, the marketing strategy will be listed by price index, time index, infrastructure index, and expert opinion to determine priority of marketing strategy which will be recommended to RSND. The process involves 3 management members and generate 8 marketing strategy which can be used by RSND.
