<![CDATA[Bagi Negara berkembang seperti Indonesia kesehatan penduduk merupakan salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan, untuk itu guna menunjang hal tersebut dibentuklah Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) yang terdiri dari BPJS Kesehatan dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Terhitung mulai tanggal 1 Januari 2014 program tersebut sudah mulai berjalan dan tidak sedikit masalah yang muncul. Salah satunya adalah mengenai batasan penggunaan manfaat program BPJS Kesehatan yang dinilai masih sulit dimenegerti oleh masyarakat luas dan masalah tarif iuran. Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas mengenai metode yang dapat digunakan untuk membuat suatu paket manfaat asuransi kesehatan, di mana peserta diberi kebebasan untuk memilih paket manfaat asuransi mereka sendiri tetapi dibatasi oleh besarnya tarif iuran yang bersedia mereka bayarkan, yaitu CHAT Eksperimen. Selain itu juga dibahas mengenai bagaimana menganalisis willingness to pay (WTP) masyarakat dalam membayar iuran asuransi kesehatan dan mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi WTP masyarakat dengan menggunakan multinomial logit regression. Abstrak For developing countries such as Indonesia, People Health is one of the things should be noticed. One of the government ways that provide Indonesian people health is establish an institution called National Health Insurance Agency (BPJS). It consists of the BPJS for Health and the BPJS for Manpower. The BPJS for Health commenced on 1 January 2014 and many problem appear, such us about the limitations of the benefit of BPJS for health program and the premium rate. In this study will discuss about the method that can be used for making a package of health insurance benefits, where the participant is given the right to choose their health insurance benefits package but still restricted by the cost of the premium rate that they will pay, it’s called the chat experiment. Beside that this study will also discuss about how to analyze the people willingness to pay in paying the health insurance premium rate and knowing the factors that affect people WTP by using the multinominal logit regression.]]>
