<![CDATA[Proses pembangunan hotel tidak bisa dipisahkan dari keselamatan kerja.. Didapatkan fakta mengenai tidak tercapainya nilai safety performance yang diberikan oleh tim audit pusat akibat risiko kecelakaan kerja yang sering terjadi pada pembangunan hotel Srondol Mixed Used. Metode FMEA digunakan untuk mengetahui risiko terbesar yang ada pada proyek pembangunan hotel Srondol Mixed Used berdasarkan nilai RPN (Risk Priority Number) terbesar. Hal ini disebabkan karena pekerja mengalami tertimpa peralatan dari ketinggian dengan nilai RPN 60 Nilai RPN yang memiliki tinggi selanjutnya yaitu gangguan pernapasan akibat menghirup debu pasir atau semen dengan nilai RPN sebesar 48. Dari seluruh proses kerja, bagian yang memiliki potensi risiko terbesar yaitu pada bagian pemindahan alat berat.. Setelah didapat risiko terbesar berdasar nilai RPN, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan melakukan analisis menggunakan metode Fault Tree Analysis untuk mengetahui akar permasalahan dari terjadinya risiko terbesar tersebut, sehingga diketahui penyebab utama tidak tercapainya nilai safety performance yang ditargetkan tim audit pusat Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan RPN, didapatkan 3 faktor utama penyebab terjadinya risiko kecelakaan kerja pada proses pembangunan Hotel Semarang Mixed Used yaitu manusia, lingkungan dan peralatan. Usulan perbaikan yang di harapkan mampu mengurangi tingkat risiko kecelakaan kerja dengan membuat SOP untuk proyek tersebut dengan menggunakan Job Safety Analysis yang bertujuan agar selalu melakukan pengecekan dan pengawasan lebih.ABSTRACTWorkplace Accident Risk Analysis In Development Project Using FMEA And FTA (Case Study: Srondol Hotel Mixed Used Semarang City).
