<![CDATA[Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara berkembang yang ada di Asia Tenggara dimana sedang gencar melakukan pembangunan. pemerintah Indonesia menggaet perusahaan konstruksi swasta untuk melakukan pembangunan yang di rencanakan. Namun keterlibatan sektor swasta tersebut menimbulkan efek negatif yaitu perusahaan konstruksi tersebut terhambat dalam melakukan inovasi. Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas mengenai faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan perusahaan konstruksi susah melakukan inovasi akibat perusahaab tersebut melakukan kontrak dengan pemerintah Indonesia.faktor-fator tersebut meliputi regulasi, teknologi, informasi, dan masalah pada input. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi kolerasi untuk mengetahui seberapa besar faktor-faktor tersebut bermeghambat perusahaan konstruksi melakukan inovasi saat membuat proyek dari pemerintah Indonesia. However, involvement of private party have negative effect. Construction company are obstructed to do some inovation after they take the Indonesian goverment project. These factors include regulation, technology, information, and problem with the input. In this study will be discussed about the factors that led to the construction companies hard to innovate due to the company did contract with the Indonesian government. The method used in this study is the correlation regression analysis to determine how much these factors hinder the construction companies to innovate when creating a project from the Indonesian government.]]>
