Abstract

The research was conducted at Laboratory Installation RSPI of Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso (RSPI-SS). Unit of analysis was patients of Medical Check Up in Laboratory Installation of RSPI-SS which is located in Sunter, North Jakarta. The samples of this research were 93 patients from 121 populations; the research method was purposive sampling technique. The instrument of statistic analysis was through PLS 3.0 which was used to test the hypothesis. The research finds seven hypotheses as the results. They are variable of trust which affects customer satisfaction positively but does not significantly affect to customer satisfaction, variable of trust which affects customer satisfaction negatively but significantly affects the customer value, variable of service quality which affects to customer satisfaction positively and significantly, variable of service quality which affected to customer value positively and significantly, variable of customer value which affects positively and significantly to customer satisfaction, intervention of customer value on the trust to customer satisfaction which affects negatively and significantly, and intervention of customer value on service quality to customer satisfaction which affects positively but not significantly.

Abstract

The research looks at the phenomenon of Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Limited Company as a company engaged in the business of property and development of integrated tourism area which has a vision to be the biggest and the best in Southeast Asia by having the widest network. To achieve that vision of course companies are always trying to improve the performance of its employees work in order to survive, thrive and have the confidence to compete with competitors of the company. Phenomenon that occurs is the low level of performance on Pembangunan Jaya Ancol limited Company is in terms of doing the work in team.This research was conducted to find out Application of Dimension of Knowledge-Sharing Behavior On Performance Of Tourist Sector Employees In Indonesia. The research is using primary data with the dissemination of the research questionnaire, respondents to this study are all employees in the marketing unit as respondents. Researchers assume this part is the cutting edge of Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Limited Company.The result of this research is the increasing of Knowledge Knowledge of Collecting and Donating variable will contribute significantly to influence Employee Performance of Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Limited Company. In other words Knowledge of Collecting and Donating Knowledge has a positive and significant influence simultaneously, while for  test partially Knowledge in Donating have the positive and significant influence and also with Knowledge Collecting gave a positive and significant influence on employee Performance of Company  Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Limited Company

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence technostress, and analyze innovation culture, technostress, WFC, burnout on performance with WWB as a mediating variable. The sampling method in this study was used to distribute online questionnaires with 295 IT employees who were doing WFH in the last six months. The analytical approach in this study used path analysis. The results showed that: Innovation culture and technostress have a significant effect on technostress. Technostress, burnout, and WFC have a significant effect on performance. Technostress has a significant effect on WWB, while burnout and WFC variables have no significant effect on WWB. WWB mediates significantly between the effect of technostress on performance, but WWB is not able to mediate the effect of burnout on performance and not mediate work-family conflict on performance. Keywords: Innovation Culture; Performance; Self-efficacy; Stress; Work-Family Conflict; Well-Being Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi teknostres (budaya inovasi dan efikasi diri). Serta, menganalisis pengaruh teknostres, WFC, burnout terhadap kinerja dengan WWB sebagai variabel mediasi. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner secara online dengan 295 karyawan di bidang IT yang melakukan WFH 6 bulan terakhir sebagai sample penelitian. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Budaya inovasi dan teknostres signifikan terhadap teknostres. Teknostres, burnout dan WFC signifikan terhadap kinerja. Teknostres berpengaruh signifikan terhadap WWB, sedangkan variabel burnout dan WFC tidak signifikan terhadap WWB. WWB memediasi secara signifikan antara pengaruh teknostres terhadap kinerja, tetapi WWB tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh burnout dan juga WFC terhadap kinerja. Katakunci:  Budaya Inovasi; Efikasi Diri; Kinerja; Stres; Work-Family Conflict; Well-Being

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan omzet pengrajin sepatu di Kelurahan Utan Panjang Kecamatan Kemayoran khususnya bagi UMKM Sepatu, dengan operasedur dari cara mengakses,memanfaatkan Bisnis online melalui Teknologi Komunikasi untuk memberikan pemahaman, pengetahuan dan berbisnis secara online. Selain itu UMKM Sepatu yang ada di Kelurahan Utan Panjang pengerjaannya masih secara tradisional dan masih banyak mengerjakan merk lain. Media online yang biasa banyak digunakan seperti instagram, facebook, twitter. Sehingga UMKM dapat menambahkan nilai dari keilmuan dan praktek. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pelatihan berupa uji coba berperan sebagai pelaku UMKM sepatu dapat lebih memahami teknologi tersebut secara positif dan tepat guna. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan perkembangan bisnis online di lakukan melalui media sosial dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan pengrajin sepatu dengan cara bisa mengikuti workshop yang diadakan baik pemerintah maupun swasta, abdimas yang dilakukan oleh dosen dengan baik dan lancar. Hal tersebut dibuktikan oleh para pengrajin sepatu untuk mengikuti acara pelatihan dengan banyaknya pertanyaan yang diajukan peserta pelatihan. Selain memberikan arahan, bagaimana memanfaatkan bisnis virtual serta bagaimana menggunakan akun media sosial dalam berbelanja online secara bijak serta memanfaatkan bisnis online tersebut untuk menambah pendapatan para UMKM sepatu pada Kelurahan Utan Panjang.
