Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji validitas konstruk dari komitmen organisasi. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan tiga dimensi komitmen organisasi dari Allen & Meyer (1990) yaitu, komitmen afektif (affective commitment), komitmen berkelanjutan (continuance commitment) dan komitmen normatif (normative commitment) dengan jumlah total sebanyak 24 item. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 175 orang. Metode analisis faktor yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) dengan bantuan program lisrel 8.70 dalam pengolahan datanya. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan metode CFA dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua dimensi memerlukan modifikasi model pengukuran untuk dapat memperoleh nilai fit. The purpose of this study is to examine the construct validity of organizational commitment. In this study, using three dimensions of organizational commitment from Allen & Meyer (1990), namely, affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment with a total of 24 items. The sample used was 175 people. The factor analysis method used in this study is confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with the help of the 8.70 lisrel program in processing the data. Based on calculations using the CFA method it can be concluded that all dimensions require modification of the measurement model to be able to obtain a fit value.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk  menguji validitas konstruk dari psychological well-being scale.  Dalam  penelitian  ini peneliti  menguji enam  dimensi  psychological well-being  dari  Ryff (1989)  yaitu, self-acceptance, positive relation with others, autonomy, environmental mastery, purpose in life, dan personal growth dengan jumlah 42 item. Subjek penelitian adalah perawat  pada salah satu Rumah Sakit di Jakarta Cempaka Putih  yang  terdiri  dari 171 orang.  Metode  analisis  data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) dengan bantuan software  lisrel  8.70.  Berdasarkan  perhitungan  dengan  metode  CFA  dapat  disimpulkan  bahwa semua dimensi memerlukan modifikasi model pengukuran untuk memperoleh nilai fit. The purpose of this study is to examine construct validity from psychological well-being scale. Abstract

Abstract This study has aim to determine the effect of optimism, social support (emotional support, instrumental support, informational support, and companionship support), and demographic factors (gender, marital status, income, and length of work) to the subjective well-being in nurses. The sample in this study amounted to 227 nurses RSUD Pasar Minggu taken using non-probabililty sampling technique. Test the validity of measuring equipment using confirmatory factor analysis technique (CFA) with the help of software Lisrel 8.70. While the data analysis using multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of software SPSS 22.0. The results show that there is a significant effect of optimism, social support, and demographic factors on the subjective well-being of nurses. The results also show the proportion variance of subjective wellbeing described by all independent variables is 20.2%, while the remaining 79.8% is influenced by other variables outside this study. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh optimisme, dukungan sosial (dukungan emosional, dukungan instrumental, dukungan informasi, dan dukungan persahabatan), dan faktor demografis (jenis kelamin, status pernikahan, pendapatan, dan lama bekerja) terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif pada perawat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 227 perawat RSUD Pasar Minggu yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling. Uji validitas alat ukur menggunakan teknik confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) dengan bantuan software Lisrel 8.70. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 22.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan optimisme, dukungan sosial, dan faktor demografis terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif pada perawat. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan proporsi varians dari kesejahteraan subjektif yang dijelaskan oleh seluruh independent variable adalah sebesar 20.2%,sedangkan sisanya 79.8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.  DOI : 10.15408/jp3i.v6i2.9174

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of job embeddedness, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment towards employees turnover intention. The authors assume that job embeddedness, job satisfaction and organizational commitment significantly affect employees turnover intention. This study uses a quantitative method approach with multiple regression analysis. Population in this study are 402 employees of Bank BCA Kanwil Alam Sutera and 211 employees as a sample. Taken with non probability sampling technique. In this study, using a scale of turnove intention based on Mobley, Horner, & Hollingsworth (1978), job embeddedness scale based on Mitchell, Holtom, Lee, et al. (2001 job satisfaction scale based on Spector (1997) , and organizational commitment scale based on Allen & Meyer (1990). The result shows there was significant mutual effect of the job embeddedness, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment to employees turnover intention. Results of minor hypothesis test known that only two independent variable has asignificant influence with employees turnover intention, which is sacrifice organization and reward. DOI: 10.15408/tazkiya.v22i1.8154

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see how the influence of stressors from customers, abusive supervision and personality types on emotional fatigue experienced by frontliner employees at the hotel (N = 150). Current study used quatitative method. The scale used in this study is Customer-related Social Stressors, Abusive Supervision, Big Five Inventory (BFI). The results of this study indicate that only three independent variables were stated to significantly affect employee emotional exhaustion. Where the three variables are customer expectations that are not appropriate, verbal aggression from customers and abusive supervision.
